A vibrant little cafe right opposite Foodworks supermarket in Kuranda, open from 6.30am to 1.30pm everyday (except Saturday & Sunday). In high demand are it's mouth-watering jaffles, yummy pancakes and world-famous omelettes, not to mention the local mang
First the bouquet - the omelettes were delicious. We had one salmon and one ham and they were fluffy and lovely. Now the brickbat - two large coffees for $15 !!!!, whilst they were good they weren't worth $7.50 each.Hence the average ratingHi there, so glad you enjoyed the Omelettes! Our large TA coffees cost $6. Our large coffee in a mug is $5 (as clearly outlined on our Menu). Our coffee & cake deal is $7.50. It is possible our new staff member could have made a mistake on the till & overcharged you...or...I suspect you were charged the cake deal worth $7.50 but did not receive the cakes? We would have rectified this matter had you let us know on the day...as it is, we would be happy to give you free coffees on the house next time we meet. Sincere apologies!

Fully licensed Neptune's on the Cove Restaurant offers an a-la-carte Waterfront Experience. Fine Dining in a Casual Setting with a Superb Seafood with a twist of the Mediterranean Menu.
Had a real awesome dinner last night at this establishment. The ambience and service was superb and our seafood choices of grilled barramundi with mash potatoes and lemon butter sauce and the salt and pepper squid with aioli sauce was just divine. The salad was fresh with a trickling of lemon vinaigrette dressing . And an onion allergy was no problem to them and the staff was always on hand without being overly intrusive. My 3 favorite desserts of Creme brûlée, sticky date pudding and tiramisu were the first three choices on the dessert menu and I just simply could not ignore . I ended having tiramisu with a scoop of coffee ice cream and was not disappointed. Reasonable prices and a place you must visit if youâre ever in the vicinity . A simply fabulous dining experience.

LâUnico Trattoria started life as a small BYO in 1994. Set in an Idyllic location on the waterfront at Trinity Beach about 20km north of Cairns, the word soon spread, and LâUnico quickly became a regular dining spot for tourists and locals alike. In 1997,
When we arrived the restaurant had only a few tables of customers, but within half an hour you could barely move! The restaurant is popular with good reason - the food was good, decent wine list and prices reasonable. Service was a bit slow, but as I mentioned they got slammed at 6pm! Great for kids or a family or good for couples once the kids clear out around 7:30pm. Great view out to the ocean also.
