I must say this is an excellent concept with nice atmosphere and great menu.We went there considering the great reviews from the same restaurant in Quito.The food is expensive for the portions served but very well prepared. Order more than two plates if you want to feel satisfied.

They have two restaurants.... One in Guayaquiil and the Other in Samborondon..... Those are EXCELENT!!!!!... I went with friends and Believe me RIVIERA is The best italian food in Guayaquil and Samborondon, you have to prove it !!!!Is EXCELENT!!!!!

During our trip to Ecuador, we visited in Guayaquil this italian Restaurant. Nice choice of excellent Pizza (you can choose the ingredients). We liked also the pulpo and jaiba (blue crab) salad. Spagehtti "al cartoch"o is a very nice preparation with ecuadorian shrimps, garlic, fennel and light tomato Sauce, served in a alu paper, that keeps heat and taste in the best way. Wine choice is small. Service very friendly. Mauro, the owner is present in the Restaurant. we recommend Benvenuti da Mauro.

Standard Italian meal, with everything one would expect. Dishes were served piping hot and were very enjoyable. Staff a very friendly, working through the language barrier to ensure great service in a challenging environment. Short walk from Courtyard. Multiple visits during our 10 day stay in Guayaquil.

This is the formerly known âTratoria da Enricoâ which a couple of decades ago was one of the top restaurants in Guayaquil. While their infrastructure and menu remain basically the same, it has not aged well.Menu is extensive and wine list is acceptable, however certain dishes are not quite up to the standard a business of this category should present to their customers.Personally I stick to a âmixto di mareâ appetizers and a seafood pasta which I believe are the restaurants still signature dishes.If you want to have lunch in Urdesa give this place a try
