Things to do in Webster
Cane here at 10 pm, and it was a ghost town. We ordered and service was friendly. Seemed a bit pricey for a cheese pizza. I've had pizza from all over the country, shine from award winning restaurants. This was what i would say was average. Crust and sauce were nothing special. It was good, just not the best.

Located near Lake Ontario in Webster NY this small restaurant offers a good selection of basic Italian dishes at a reasonable price. At our table we had different orders of penne pasta with traditional tomato sauce, one with meatballs, another with eggplant, another with sausage and peppers. In addition chicken French. You wonât go away hunger as the portion sizes were generous! The pasta was not over cooked, the sauce was good but a bit on the thin side for my taste.Overall a good meal at reasonable prices and I would make a return trip.Just a word of caution, itâs not a big place and the line can get long during peak hours . We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and were seated quickly, but at 6 the line was about 6 parties deep.

I eat lunch here when traveling to Webster on business. Very good, generous sized sandwiches and subs. Very friendly people. Wish these folks would open a shop in Denton Texas :)

This was my first time going to La Bella Vita for dinner, I'd been there for lunch. It has a really nice bistro feel to it. The Salmon Grigliato was just spectacular. Grilled Faroe Islands Salmon that they get in fresh daily over sauteed greens and lentils. The salmon was crispy, sweet, and perfectly charred and cooked. We had no room for dessert. We decided to eat at the bar and just enjoy the busy Friday night atmosphere. We recommend getting reservations. There were several large parties there as well as many smaller ones. Prices are mid range to a little on the pricey side depending on what you get. They have wood fired pizzas, salads and paninis as well as pricier entrees. Highly recommend!

Went with a friend for lunch. We got a "Not So Plain Jane" pizza (House Red Sauce, Andouille Sausage, Peppers, Onions, Grilled Spiedies, and Mozzarella Cheese) and a Classic spiedie, and shared. For those who aren't familiar with spiedies, it's a Binghamton thing. Marinated chicken that's grilled and served on bread. Doesn't sound like much, but when done right, it's delicious. But back to our visit. We were both impressed. The pizza was baked in what I believe was a gas-assisted wood-fired oven (in other words, there's a real wood fire inside the oven, but a gas flame as well) and came out with a nicely charred, thin crust. The pie was very flavorful, with the spiciness of the andouille sausage blending with the vinegary tang of the spiedie meat. The spiedie was equally good. Though spiedies are often served on a simple bun, Spiedielious serves theirs on homemade pitas that are baked in their oven, which adds an extra dimension of flavor. Ours was well stuffed with chunks of moist, tender chicken. The marinade (think Italian dressing) gave it plenty of flavor, which was further enhanced by the grilling process.Service was good. This is a fast-casual setup, where you order and pay at the counter and the food is brought to you. Our server was friendly and helpful. The menu also includes pasta, salads, and some sides. There's a dessert/ice cream counter as well, which was not open during my visit. The space is fairly large, with plenty of tables and a high ceiling that gives it a spacious feel. Webster's a bit of a drive for me, but this was good enough to make it worth it. I plan to be back.

Went with friends. The setting itself is pleasant. The entrance area was a little weird, it seems their waiting area doubles as a storage area as there was extra tables and boxes of Italian goods stacked up. Kind of odd, but once we were seated, it was all uphill. We ordered some arancinis, calamari and tripe for starters. Everything was good but the arancini was amazing... honestly the best. So good! I got a filet with pasta carbonara side. Presentation was a zero. The steak and side were on separate dishes. It was literally a steak on a white plate, no garnish, no sauce or drizzle, nothing. It was a little off-putting. Luckily, the flavor was a 10. It was cooked to a perfect medium as requested and tasted delicious. Prices varied wildly. Most pasta and chicken dishes were priced normally, but steaks were a little high. My filet was a little more than 40 and for that, as mentioned, the presentation should have been better. Finally the staff, were awesome. They were friendly, the waiter joked with us, and he made some good suggestions. If I recall his name was Jordan. We will definately be going back.
