After a day in the Longleat Estate ate here before coming home. Itâs inside the Longleat Estate. Freshly cooked quickly and piping hot. Absolutely delicious. Staff were polite and helpful and efficient at keeping the place clean. Margarita for £9.99, Hawaiian £11.50, others for up to 13.95 for a large pizza - we shared and couldnât finish them. Good value and would come again.

The Angel Inn has been totally refurbished over the last 18 months, our bar is warm and inviting, soft bench seating, in wools and tartan create a cosy, informal area. The dining area is rustic, modern and intimate with atmospheric lighting adjusted to th
Lovely place with very friendly and attentive staff. Had the beef Sunday lunch. Good plate of food. Though top heavy on veg and only two roast potatoes. Meat carved thin and very rare. All in all, a good meal but not great considering the higher end pricing for the meal. Wouldn't return as there are better Sunday roasts around.

My family members enjoyed our food but the experience was tarnished by the overbearing waitress who questioned family members on food choices. Even worse invited my 5 grandchildren to the ice cream cart and on their return questioned each one on exactly what was in their individual sweet bowls, as each element has a price attached. This took some time as they all took a few bits of almost everything on offer and could not remember everything they put in their bowls. How many 6 year olds would. Suggest very young children should be accompanied to the cart to stop them feeling like criminals.

An enjoyable evening, if a little strange. We'd booked to eat at La Dulce Vita well in advance of our trip to Warminster and had spent the weeks leading up to the meal checking the website for what we wanted to order. Upon arrival (ten mins before our table booking) we were told that our reservation had been given away but that they'd squeeze us in. When we looked at the menu it in no way resembled the online version and was streamlined to say the least, we were informed that there'd been a change of chef. The staff were lovely however and made us feel very welcome. The starters were average and my partner's steak wasn't the tastiest... but my main course - the Dulce Vita pasta special - was exceptional. The owner was extremely attentive and when she found out my fiance and I are getting married soon she was insistent that we have her limoncello ice cream to celebrate. It was delicious BUT when the bill came she'd charged us £6 for it... we didnt even want it which was bizarre. So a few ups and downs but overall a pleasant evening... highlight was the pasta main and the staff, lowlight was the starter and being made to pay for a dessert we didn't want!

Second visit to this restaurant, both very satisfying. We had grandchild in tow, which is usually a distraction, but his children's meal kept him fully occupied and disappeared without urging. For the adults, a wide choice of very tasty dishes. Service friendly and efficient. A 'must return '.
