Great Mornings Cafe is a homey and inviting space in our community where our customers come together to dine and converse. We are fondly known as 'the nearby local cafe in Silang Cavite' that serves old fashioned-homestyle cooked meals and goodies.
My son wanted to munch for 4 cheese and pancake for lunch but he ended up with carbonara and pancake. Surprisingly he loved the carbonara and the toasted bread which he ofenly snobs he ate it. The Silang Tapa taste so good. We loved it! This place is clean and spacious as well.

A chef born in Nasugbu, Batangas but his expertise of Spanish cuisine was harvested in Ibiza,Spain for more 14years. Visit us and you will never regret your travel. A heavenly food that you will crave.
It is tucked inside a small development of condotel and private apartments aqay feom the main drag of Tagaytay. Charming, rustic Spanish-themed design in the middle of lush gardens of La Belle. We ordered the Paella El Cocinero, seafood-chicken combo and the. solomillo ternera de la plancha - beef tenderloin with a creamy garlicky sauce. They were both superb. Just a caution though: The restaurant is not airconditioned, it has an open layout, no windows, no screens. During the height of summer in Tagaytay (April - May) when the pineapple fruits are a-ripeninâ, the fruit flies also come a-buzzinâ. And in the evening, mosquitoes could abound. Rest of the year, the weather is pleasant with no insects a-flyinâ.Highly recommended.

Since we wanted something light for dinner, we went to Carlo's to end our carnivore diet of beef and bone marrows. We didn't had a view of the lake since it was night time but we've been here before for lunch and view was definitely amazing. We picked mozzarella cheese sticks and pesto pizza and all these tasted close to a legit Italian pizzeria! Their pasta were lacking though. Servers weren't that attentive and we had some trouble with our orders due to some kitchen issues. If you're thinking of skipping bulalo and salads, try Carlo's.

My husband and I dined here on Tuesday night. We absolutely enjoyed the dinner. We ordered mozzarella and cheese for appetizer, a salad and for our entree, he had pasta with four-cheese sauce while I had pasta with bolognese sauce. Our dessert was tiramisu. The temperature and texture of the pasta was just right -- high temperature and al dente. The sauces were delicious. We also appreciated the ambiance -- the low-volume background music, well-set table with linen and plate settings and quietness. (It is difficult to find restaurants in Tagaytay that are quiet -- loud, unruly children and overstaffed employees talking louder than clients are quite the norm). Our waiter was attentive to our needs. Finally, the maî·tre d'hô·tel, who turned out to be the owner's son was quite hospitable, asking us how we enjoyed our dinner. This restaurant, so far, is the best Italian restaurant I have encountered in the Philippines. I lived in upstate, NY, and I can say this restaurant is comparable to those in NY. In fact, I told my husband that night, that I felt like I was back in NY, and that I would return to this restaurant, whenever I felt homesick.
