New ownership, new crew, YIKES! Wait staff had to apologize three times to various customers during our visit. Mostly for kitchen staff errors, wrong pizza! Italian restaurants should have shakers of cheese and shakers of hot peppers on the tables. Our tea was yellow colored water, asked for new batch, which was much better. Weâll try you one more time! But donât expect more than that as there are plenty of other well established places that have their proverbial stuff together!

This restaurant is less than 5 miles from our house, so its proximity is the reason we gave it a second chance. I also did not submit a review of our previous experience in case the staff was just having a bad night. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was worse.I ordered the cheese sub, which is the adult version of a grilled cheese: three kinds of melted cheese with grilled onions, lettuce and tomato on a hoagie roll. THIS time, I made sure to stress to the server ("Trixie") that I wanted the CHEESE sub and NOT the cheeseSTEAK sub," hoping that the mistake that had been made on our last visit would not be repeated. My husband ordered lasagna.A while later, Trixie brought the lasagna and informed me that the cook had prepared, sure enough, a cheesesteak for me. She said he was in the process of correcting the error and that she would soon be out with the correct order.Meanwhile, my husband tore into his lasagna and was disappointed to find that though it was piping hot on the outside, the inside was cold. Evidently, the cook had attempted to reheat the earlier-prepared lasagna in the micro-wave. Instead of sending the dish back, my husband decided to chop up and mix the mess on his plate in an attempt to more evenly distribute the heated portion.Eventually, Trixie returned with my cheese sub. By then, my husband had nearly completed his meal. My fries were barely luke-warm and, as for the sub, the onions were under-cooked and the cook had forgotten the lettuce and tomato. No one offered to reduce or otherwise compensate us for the mistake and the wait and when I went to the counter to pay, the cashier was on the phone taking an order during the entire transaction and never even asked how the meal was or thanked us for our patronage.Proximity notwithstanding, we are done with Murano's.

Went at 5:30 and was crowded- usually a good sign, but this place fell a bit short. Although the portions were big, the chicken parm was just grilled strips of chicken on top of spaghetti with marinara, and the wine was definitely from a box. Would probably not go back.

The delivery person was very personable and took the time to help us setup. The food was very hot and good. We were given everything you could think of for the meal. Will definitely continue to eat at Elizabeth's across the state and feel comfortable ordering takeout if needed.

We have been ordering food from this establishment for years. It is a small stand alone building with limited seating. We do take out or delivery. My sons love their pizza.I love their meatball subs as well as their baked spaghetti. Delivery is prompt and they call when they are en route to your home. That's good service!!

We met our friends here for supper. The restaurant isn't busy. The buffet bar is well stocked with a variety of different pizzas. We all decided to order from the menu instead if the bar, 2 of us had grilled chicken salad, 1 had an Italian Sub and I had the Mediterranean Waves. I was disappointed in the flavor of the plate. There was people seated and they couldn't get waited on so they left. The restaurant has a bar upstairs. They have a lot of waitstaff; but people are waiting on drink refills and to go boxes. It doesn't seem like the Hostess is letting the waitstaff know when she sits a table. The Hostess isn't friendly.
