Things to do in Granbury
I just moved into Granbury from out of state. I made a quick trip to LC to pick up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. After I paid, I asked for some peppers and cheese (as I've done a hundred times at other LC's. The clerk grabbed me a handful of red pepper packets and then said that he had to charge for the parmesan cheese. I was thinking maybe a dime or a quarter each. I mean I understand that it costs something and I don't mind paying. I asked how much and he sheepishly, with his head down, replied, "a dollar". Apparently he had already experienced the shock that I was about to show on my face. "A dollar a packet?", I replied. He affirmed it was true. I declined the cheese, slid 3 packs of peppers back his way, and headed out with my $5 pizza. I'm not mad, just confused about how much a pack of parmesan must cost.

The move to their new location basically makes this just a carry out loacation. The pizza is still good, but just order it to go and take it home with you. This building is not worth visting. Kind of enjoyed the old place, but not this cookie cutter strip mall cracker box. Hopefully, this is just temporary and they will find a better location. We are sorry for the current size of the dining space. We were forced out of the old location and had to make a quick decision to get moved into a location that would support a restaurant kitchen, was affordable and would limit down time. That combination is difficult to find on short notice. Believe me, we tried. Our plan is to expand our dining space once space becomes available. In the mean time, we hope that patrons continue to enjoy the same great food regardless of our location. We do offer delivery as an option. Have a blessed day.

Palio's at Granbury has opened its doors for soft launch on July 21st, 2015. We have invited few of our neighbors to taste our food. We had a grand opening on July 27th, 2015 with the same aim - providing gourmet pizzas using fresh ingredients at great pr
We ate lunch here and both enjoyed the pizza. I had "The King", which came with both a good quantity and assortment of toppings. The crust was very nice and quite tasty. An excellent pizza.Due to health issues my wife is both gluten free and dairy free, which makes finding a good pizza a chore. Palio's Pizza Café serves a gluten free crust that she said was delicious (not all gluten free crusts are). They gladly made the pizza she selected without cheese and honored her request to put the sauce on top of the other ingredients. She says that without the cheese some toppings dry out, and the sauce on top prevents this. They put the perfect amount of sauce on top. She loved the pizza and wants to make this a regular place to eat.You place your order at a counter and they bring the food to you when it is ready. Unlike many restaurants with this model they check on you during your meal - a step above for this model.

Our weekly dinner with friends started at a different restaurant but we discovered an hour wait there. We decided on Pastafina as our alternative restaurant, and we were glad we changed. Few Italian restaurants in Granbury serve veal but Pastafina's does. I ordered the Veal Marsala and found it to very well prepared. The veal was a perfect in size and tender, The marsala sauce was delicious. not being too salty as i have experienced at past restaurants. Mushrooms large and tasty. It was happy hour if you ate in the bar area which suited us. Waitstaff was good especially being her first night working the bar. My wife had the chicken piccata which again was very good. We have experienced Pastafina's several times and found the restaurant to be getting better each time we visit. For italian in Granbury this restaurant is a top pick.

Fatimaâs did a fantastic job today! The food was delicious! The service was great! The wine absolutely what I wanted. Appetizer was point on (bruschetta). Absolutely wonderful dinner for us tonight. It was the first for my husband and he was quite please with the shrimp scampi. He loved the way the shrimp was dished separately from the pasta. The basil pesto pasta was so much I asked for a container to be delivered with my food, and it was LOL! Perfect! Dinner for tomorrow! Love the way the bread is sliced up thinly. It was a VERY delightful time! I advise going for dinner.

Our first time there and we were offered complimentary Italian nachos which were incredible! Manager and entire staff were extremely friendly and our waiter Noah was outstanding! We will definitely be back!
