Spent the day here from Siracusa. Cab was 30 euro. Paid 12 euro for 2 chairs, umbrella & entry. Beach is average. Little dirty. Nothing special. Lunch was ok, had steaks, focaccia pizza & fries. 4 beers, & coffee. 70 euros. Ok, but no great!

We have just returned from a relaxing holiday at Fontane Bianche, our villa was about a 2 minute walk from the lovely beach at Pascucci, but the restaurant was a highlight for all the family..The food be it a simple pizza, or a rich and complicated sauce made from fresh caught seafood was superb. The price was very reasonable, the ambience and vista from the elevated terrace was simply memorable. A must visit lunch time or for an evening meal.

Excellent almond cookies, totally addictive. Give them a try! We did not try the other pastries but they looked pretty good too.

Poor service. 5 mains were ordered, and despite them being confirmed after, they forgot to bring out 2 of the mains. 2 other plates of food were inedible. Very expensive considering the standard of food and service. Would not recommend eating here.Dear Emma, we "went round in sackcloth and ashes" about our mistake made at the moment of your order. We are aware that this could influence the rest of the dinner. About the "inedible" dishes we do not have any element to answer because we did not received by you any complain during the dinner or even later. Also please do not consider our dishes so expensive, the balance between quality and price is actually good, considering the quality of the local products and considering also we use fresh fish.

This place offers a more exciting range of food than the name suggests. In fact, we didn't have a sit-down meal here, but takeaways on two separate occasions. The first, was pizzas, and these were generously sized and good value. For the second visit we had pastas, and these were good too. Please note; not everything on the takeaway menu is available if you just turn up; phone in the order one hour in advance.

There is a good reason this place is always packed, it serves great tasty food at stupidly good prices. Yes the pizzas are a must but please try the breaded prawns, even if to share, not sure what they put in them but they are soooo tasty!! Pasta is great too

We were in the area and found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. We decided to try out the degustazione antipasto which was a good choice of different fish. The tartar of shrimp was absolutely delicious. 2nd plate took the spaghetti al Astice.. it was simply to die for, the palate was perfect! Fish and calamari after and although we were too full we could not stop eating as it was delicious. Well done! Would have liked to see more typical Sicilian desserts rather than prepacked ice creams ( Although they where still very good). Keep it up.
