We went to Aurelio's Pizza on a Friday evening and were extremely disappointed by the service. No one greeted us when we entered. We found our own table and waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came by our table. A young server finally came to tell us she would be right back. After another 5 minutes she came back to take our pizza order and drink order. (People who had come in after us, already had their drinks by now). It was another 10 minutes before she brought our drink order. The dining room was clearing out so we thought the service would get better. It did not. After another 20 minutes, our pizza finally came. Only once did our server come by to check on us. We had been waiting about 10 minutes for drink refills. When we were finished, we just wanted out. We waited in line for about 5 minutes to pay since the fellow ahead was paying with a gift card and no one could figure out how to use it. We finally just paid with the exact change so we could leave. We had a disabled relative with us and it was extremely frustrating to be standing so long to pay. No one bothered to help out although several people were behind the counter.

This eatery is new to Crown Point and does a great job of accommodating customers, I wanted to celebrate my wites birthday with immeadiate family without reacting their room,they did a fabulous job for us,13 people and the pizzas were prepared to perfection and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere in the resturant couldn't be any better,just a great place to eat and recreate.

This was a unique experience. I was not expecting the quality of pizza that I received. Had the pepperoni pizza. It was amazing! ( I am a NY pizza guy, so I am not easily impressed). The service was excellent and very accommodating. (one member of our group wanted them to build a pizza using a white sauce and some other off the menu items). The price was good and the atmosphere is very family friendly.

Went here for a school fundraiser for my sonâs team. The place was almost empty. The service was pretty slow and there wasnât anyone there. The pizza was soggy and none of us enjoyed the meal. Sad because itâs so close to our home, but not going back.

We always like stopping here for a loaded and great tasting Italian Pizza. We were served by our waiter, LIz R. She did an excellent taking our order and making sure everything was correct. Tried the beer samplers. Another good choice. You can select the beers you would like to sample. Of course the pizza is always too much for us to eat. So we take some home for later. Have not tried the buffet. Our only issue is that Beggar's Pizza is 3 hours from home. So it a always a great stop. We just have to remember. They are in the Central Time Zone and we live in the Eastern Time Zone. Thus if you stop by for lunch check your watch and the time zone.
