Reviews on Italian food in Costa Brava, Province of Girona, Spain. Whether you're looking for sandy beaches, rocky coves, tranquil villages or mountain scenery, Spain's Costa Brava has something to offer you. Situated in the north-east of the country overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Costa Brava region enjoys hot summers and mild winters, making it an all-year-round holiday destination. There are plenty of opportunities in the Costa Brava to play golf, tennis or football, as well as to take part in water sports. The Sant Daniel Valley on the western side of the Gavarres hills has mountain biking and trekking paths with stunning views. If you are looking for a cultural activity, the Archaeological Museum in Banyoles is housed in a Gothic palace and has displays of paleontology and pottery as well as archaeology. At the end of the day, if you still have some energy, there is no shortage of nightlife in towns such as Lloret de Mar.

Very helpful and polite waitress, managed to get a table of 6 for us without a booking on a busy evening (to be fair I imagine most of their evenings are busy).. The pizzas and wine were fantastic, we also shared a few side salads which were lovely. I would definitely recommend the bolognese pizza. At the end of the meal we were given complimentary limoncello. Can't wait to return here when we come back to Pals next year.

Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We noticed they had gluten free pasta and pizza advertised. My sister is coeliac so we stopped to speak to the waiter. Gluten free pasta was available but pizza wasn't so we stayed and had pasta which was beautiful. Before the main meal we were given little pieces of bread topped with tomatoes and herbs. The waiter apologised to my sister as she couldn't eat them. A few minutes later he came out with one made especially for her and showed her the bread packet which showed it was gluten free. We thought this was so lovely. We visited again during our holiday as the food is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Highly recommended!!

Visited after reading previous good reviews and have to say enjoyed our food in napulee my wife enjoyed her pizza very much but sadly my meal did not arrive until my wife had had half her pizza. I have to admit that was a little annoying and took the edge of our visit. The staff were nice and helpful and would visit again

Tiny little hole in the wall joint.
We were actually trying to go to another restaurant that is highly recommended on TA but it was closed. We walked by Celeste and it was bustling and looked great so we ventured in. I think we got the last table. There were lots of big tables and seemed like a lot of locals and families. There was only one waitress but she was so friendly and handled everything perfectly! The food was very good and not too expensive. We especially enjoyed a wonderful bottle of red, "Vivertell" (Grenache, Tempranillo, Sirah, Cabernet) for a very reasonable 13.10euros.

On a day trip to Blanes from Mataró we visited Pizzeria Ferrari. Looking at previous reviews we knew we were expecting quality, what we received was much more. The service was outstanding, with a little Spanish and Italian, and great English from our host we had an amazing experience. The pizzaâs we had (4 cheese and Vegetariana) were perfect in every way, doughy sourdough bread with a little crunch and fresh toppings which didnât overcrowd the palate. In each bite we could taste the ingredients. To drink we had imported Peroni, which pairs well with cheese, and Alhambra Roja which we drank with some olives and bread to start.Chatting with the Pizzaiolo it was clear everyone here loved their job, the owner/ host was kind and attentive and the entire establishment was welcoming. Our visit was also great value, we felt as if the quality was far greater than cost, at less than â¬10 a pizza and good prices for beers we would recommend this place to anyone!

Seems like a delivery place but you can eat there. The pizza is amazing and despite the fact that it seems big, it is so thin that a person can eat a full one. I had half roquefort half peperoni and it was great!

Itâs impossible to criticise the pizzas, they have a fine crust and the toppings are generous. We ate here twice, the second time we had a bottle of white house wine. It was dreadful, I believe it has taken the enamel off my teeth! Eat the pizza, donât drink the wine!
