An Italian eatery which is very acoustically challenged. Set up to be an upscale social scene, with overpriced menu items and good pizza. It is a converted metallic grocery storage area where the noise is deafening with even a small crowd.
Located in Elide Plaza, Kitchen 273 offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere for those looking for a satisfying and memorable dining experience. Chef Alessandro brings over 30 years of experience in American, Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Restaurant prov
We were looking for a "new" place to try and found this on one the web.We dined here on a recent Saturday. Had a 6:45 reservation that was honored right on time and we were seated promptly. The place was already busy and about 80% of the tables were full.It was VERY noisy and tables were close but everyone managed. Service was friendly and prompt. We had a tasty "eggplant stack" appetizer that came hot and crisp. The eggplant was firm but juicy. The accompanying greens were fresh and the dressing was very good,The salads were OK but unimpressive. We had the Classic Caesar and the "Wedge" Salads. The Caesar was crisp but a bit "watery" and could have used a little more dressing. It was a competent version of Caesar but not the best I've had. My friends wedge was a little smaller than versions from other restaurants and its not like iceberg lettuce is scarce. The entrees were another story. The ribs were very good. A nice blend of sweet and savory sauce was plentiful and the meat was classic "fall off the bone" tender. Portions were ample and the french fries and coleslaw we both delish. The prosciutto Flat bread also was tasty and the turkey burger was juicy altho a little on the "thin" side. All in all it was a good experience and we will come back. You should try it too. Thanks for visiting and I'm happy to see you were pleased with your experience! We wish you'd been more impressed by our salads. Please know you should always let us know if you're unhappy with your meal and our team will do what we can to take care of you. We do tend to get busier at certain times, especially around dinner on the weekend. I'm thrilled you enjoyed your eggplant stack, ribs and flatbread. Hope to see you soon

used to be great pizza but lately something has changed. seems like they are trying to save money. the tomato sauce on the pizza is tasteless, when you order toppings for the pizza, they are very skimpy on quanity and size. very small pieces and very few pieces. not worth the extra cost. better get back to their original quality and quantity or they will be out of business soon. nowhere nearly as crowded as they used to be, that tells you something.

Gavi Restaurant is a friendly Italian Restaurant.
We went on New Year's eve for a 6:30 dinner. The menu prices were inflated with their 'New Year's eve' menu. We sat in the room attached to the bar. Once the bar crowd arrived, you could not hear yourself across the table. The acoustics are miserable. The service was adequate, but nothing out of the ordinary - in either direction. I started with a couple of cosmos. Very ordinary. Then, I ordered a pasta dish for $29.00 - one of the least expensive on the menu. Salads were $11.00. We shared one of those. The pasta dish was advertised as having shrimp and zucchini in a lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was in reality a broth with no lobster meat. No thick creamy sauce either. (Think clam sauce instead). There was no olive oil for the bread. O.K. bread sliced thin with butter. This place seems to cater to the local neighborhood crowd. You won't see me back here.... at these prices.

Trendy restaurant with lovely atmosphere - a welcoming mix of reclaimed wood, subway tiles, tomato sauce cans to hold pizzas, art, elements of old and new. I don't know what kind of pepperoni they use but I sure wish I did. Best pizza ever. For something so simple, Fortina elevated the dish to something truly beautiful. I also appreciated the nice wine selection. Not inexpensive but worth every penny.

We went there during a business trip to Armonk. Booked in advance as it is somehow crowded. Service was ok, pasta really good but the pizza was not at all what you expect in an Italian restaurant. Also the wine list was nothing special and my Chardonnay wasnât that great. Although it was quite noisy there. Price was not valuable. If you expect nothing special it is ok to go there.

Amore is a true culinary tour offering a limitless tasting event of all the varied regions of Italy, matched and celebrated with great wine vintages. After over 25 years, it's simple, rustic and flavorful very good Italian food and Bronx style pizza~
We went to Amore last night for the first time and had an amazing experience. We were not very familiar with the area (not being from Armonk), but our daughter had a piano recital next door and they were able to get us in for a last minute reservation after the recital. It was very busy and crowded, but they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and treated us like family. From the hostess, to the busboys, to the superb waiter, Sammy, to the manager, everyone made sure we were well taken care of and that we would want to return. The pastas we ordered were delicious. And the pizzas and salads we saw at neighboring tables looked delicious as well and we are hoping to try those on a future visit. And when our daughter decided she was too full for dessert, they brought complimentary little scoops of salted caramel gelato with whipped cream for the 3 of us in honor of her recital. What a special and thoughtful touch - she felt like a VIP! Even though we have many other restaurants closer to where we live, we will definitely make the trip to Armonk to return to Amore just for the outstanding service we received. We are already planning our next visit there. Every business should treat their customers this way - this is how you build customers for life!!
