This is a fine dining restaurant with attention to details and flavor combinations. The pastry chef was spectacular. The breads and desert were divine. After reading reviews on TripAdvisor we decided to book meal here and wow were we not disappointed, it was quiet when we arrived and service was lovely not the best English but more than good enough, the quality and price of the food was exceptional probably the best value for money and taste I have ever had and Iâve eaten out a lot! Honestly great food and service you wonât regret it, Iâd be back tonight but itâs closed as itâs Easter Sunday and theyâre big into family holidays here.

Miodova Restaurant is situated in the heart of Kazimierz (the Jewish Quarter), very close to the Old Synagogue and the Remu Synagogue.It is a very modern restaurant, serving a fusion of contemporary polish and international cuisine, so one might expect to try mainly traditional polish dishes with a twist.We visited on a Thursday night without having a reservation, as it was our first night in Poland, but we were seated in a lovely table with a view of the open kitchen.The interior is modern, although I would expect the lighting to be better suited for dinner time, as the place clearly lacked ambience.The menu card had a lot of options to choose from. As it was our first try of the polish cuisine, we ordered the Ruskie Pierogi (traditional, with potato and cheese), a traditional soup with dumplings and broth and the pan-fried marinated duck breast. Everything was well prepared, but definitely not something to remember.Service was indiffent and definitely not attentive, although they were polite. Prices were reasonable and the food had overall good value for money (we paid 166 zl, around 38,50 Euros, for the above dishes plus 2 glasses of red wine), although it is pricey by polish standards. However, drinks (especially wine) were very expensive, and I didn't like the fact that they charged us 15 zl (around 3,5 euros) for a 1 Lt jar of water that we didn't even order and it was not even bottled (probably tap water). Huge mistake for a restaurant that claims to be upscale.Our final impression was that we had a good dinner, but surely not something special or something to reminisce.

Excellent food and superb service at very reasonable prices. After eating at several other places we went back because we liked it best. The cheese cake was a bit underwhelming, but full marks to everything else. Loved the sheepâs cheese and mushroom starter-generous and tasty. The pierogis were good: they offer three options: two without meat and one with pork so vegetarians can have a choice or both. The duck and fish were great.

We visited this restuarant earlier this month and we were impressed with the choice of menu and wine. Staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeble and were really good at recommending dishes to try. This place can get extremely busy, so iâd recommend booking a table prior to your visit, as we did witness a few parties who were sent away as the restaurant was unable to accommodate them. The restaurant can get very loud, however this didnt stop us enjoying our night there!

The food is lovely here, there is a great selection. The waiter that served us didnt have great english and he got a few little bits of the order wrong but he was on his own and under a bit of pressure so it wasnt a big deal.
