This has become one of my favorite places to head to because of the great food and the care that Saniya Syed and the Manager Wilson take of us. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all those who want to enjoy good food, great ambience and good service. Also know that it is child friendly too!

The atmosphere of 'Royale Masterchef Finedine and Bar' is all about a scrupulous contemporary dining, a prodigious cushy vibe and a radiating serenity. Cited in Dahisar, it is a first-rate place in the neighborhood. The ambience is characterised by an awe-inspiring set up in the dining area along with a splendid modern bar stocked with premium liquors and cocktail mixes. The gastronomic palate covers Indian and extends to major international cuisines. The diversity in the menu leaves the customer with an endless array of choices while placing an order. With the order time being ten to fifteen minutes per dish, the customer service is absolutely flawless. Our table was hosted by the head chef Mr. Dionisius Lobo and his staff members Mr. Sandip Singh and Mr. Santosh Divekar. The dishes we had were suggested by Mr. Lobo himself, they were absolutely delectable. The staff is very courteous and genial and certainly make every customer's dining maneuver pleasant and memorable. AppetizersStarting off with the appetizers, we had "Chicken Tikka Nachos": A Indo-mexican fusion dish, with nachos topped with Chicken Tikka. The flavours blend really well with the combination indubitably making it an amazing appetizer to start with. "Veg Canopy nachos": Another dish featuring nachos, however the topping is a blend of olives and a scrumptious veg meld. Great taste. "Mix Seafood Chaves": Chatarcterized by a superlative flavour, this dish is an oriental delight. One of the best dumplings I've had in a long time. Highly recommended by the staff and other customers! "Zafrani Tukda": These are flavourful chicken tenders served with salads and mint chutney. The portion sizes are too good, very generous. Main Course"Chicken Sufiyani Biryani": This is one of best selling dishes over here, highly recommended. The biryani is just perfect in terms of flavour, aroma, gravy to rice ratio and what not. Extremely delicious and the quantity is pretty good. Should suffice three to four people with a decent appetite. If you're here for a complete Indian Dining experience, then you should definitely order this. We also had a veg sizzler which was extremely flavourful. It was served with fries and "Spinach Corn Tikke" with mustard chilly sauce. DrinksThe bar menu prides itself with a variety of drinks and beverages. Owing to their flavours and after-drink feel, they're more than just thirst-quenchers. We had, "Peach Orange Muddled" : An outstanding combination of peach and orange muddled, as the name suggests. It has a lovely flavour and an amazing aftertaste which certainly makes it refreshing. "Green Hornet" : It is absolutely reinvigorating in nature and full of flavours. Having a perfect blend of sourness and sweetness, it is one impressive mocktail in the menu. "Mix fruit Floth" : Another great drink in terms of taste. Desserts'Royale Masterchef Finedine and Bar' serves some of the prettiest sugarfixes. The variety of desserts they have shows how wide their gastronomic spectrum is. All the desserts are supreme in terms of flavour and presentation, they have an orchestra of flavours to offer. "Tiramisu": It's a dish done often but rarely done well and this is one of those few places which serve good tiramisu. The way it is presented, it's a treat to the eye. "Blueberry Cheesecake": Owing to it's exquisitely delightful flavours, it tastes sorta different from the cheesecake I've had before. It has a lovely texture. The plating too, is pretty good. "Italian Casatta": A divine blend of flavours characterized by the richness of chocolate and other fine ingredients. In terms of taste, it is a treat to the taste buds. They also serve Indian desserts like "Shahi firni" and "Kulfi". The diversity is truly breathtaking. Being one of the finest places in Dahisar, it is usually full during peak hours. They have a banquet hall on the first floor and it's counterpart 'Royale Masterchef Lounge' in the same lane is one of the popular destinations in Dahisar's lounge row. 'Royale Masterchef Finedine and Bar', owing to it's sublime interiors, impeccable service and some of the most ambrosial treats, is a connoisseur's paradise.
