We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had dinner at this restaurant every evening. The food is really good. They do not have a wide range of choices on the menu, however, the dishes they offer are delicious and well cooked. The burger with fries is a must if you prefer fast food, but the soups and pasta we tried were really delicious as well.The prices are relatively good and the service is super nice and friendly.

We wanted a light lunch so at the reception at the hotel they said we would like the bar.The bar opened at 14:00 and we showed up at 14:02. There was only 1 bar attendant who was busy setting up the bar and it took him a while to give us menus, take our orders and phone them in to the kitchen. Then he went about his work and never bothered to check if our meal was ready. He served our tea's and after 30 mins when we still didn't receive our food, we asked and he apologized and went to get the food that by then was cold. It was very expensive ,they have very bad service and the food was nothing to write home about.Dear KarrenS ,we're very sorry to read that you were not satisfied with our SchlossBAR. Unfortunately, our daily restaurant âBartholomäusâ was still closed when you visited our hotel. In the SchlossBAR we serve our guests in the afternoon hot and cold snacks which cannot take a place for a hearty lunch. When you order a Panini or a Tramizini you have the ability to get this hot or cold. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding was the reason why the food has lasted for a little. We regret that you were not satisfied with us. This is restaurant with relaxing and lovely atmosphere. Food was very good, steak perfectly done and fish & shrimp stew was great.Very good dessert, good choice of wine, service professional, good value for money. Recommended!

We found this restaurant by chance while walking by the shore. It was amazing. Service was great and upscale quality. View was amazing, ambiance was amazing. We have ordered Wiener schnitzel and salad. It was not like figlmuller but who cares. It is really a fantastic restaurant. You must go there. They are also child friendly.

They have a very extensive wine selection and the wine service is quite good (appropriate glasses depending on wine, use of decanter without having to request for one, serving order etc).The ambience is nice and has a nice partial view of the lake.As for the food, if eating there I would recommend sticking to the platters. The smoked ham, cheese and dark bread was delicious! We also had the kasnudeln (not really inspired in taste, only presentation) and the burger (not really a burger but rather pulled pork meat in a bun) before which was not as satisfying.I do recommend for wine and platters or for a pre/post dinner wine.
