The Vintners Room at Marlborough Vintners Hotel. We use Organic fruit and vegetables form our Potager, Locally and Regionally sourced Produce. We proudly hand make our dishes and our tlented Chefs offer an ever changing menu. Bookings Essential.
After out and about wine tasting pretty much all day we were ready for some real food and The Vintners Room was just what we needed. Superb host Mike and delicious food. Three of us had the eye fillet which was cooked to perfection, especially given I had a special request of rare rather than the chefs recommended medium rare. Mum had the lamb and was still talking about it the following day. Only comment would be perhaps one less potato gratin and a small portion of vege would have balanced it out perfectly. Apple Tarte to top it off - well what more is there to say other than "please can I have some more".

Multi Award Winning Restaurant with Beer Garden in the " Ye Olde Malthouse " building from 1858. Brew Pub of Renaissance Brewing, Multi Award Winning New Zealand Brewery. Traditional German and Italian cuisine with Kiwi Classics. Come in & enjoy !
I went here based on the reviews I read and it did not disappoint. There is a lot to choose from on the standard menu and in addition to this they had a few specials to choose from. I went for the fish and chips, the portion sizes was very generous and I thought the fish was very good as well, this was one of the specials when I was there. They also have a very good selection of beers to choose from as well. I did also like how the bar was decorated, there were beer coasters from around the world on the walls and ceiling beams and I did enjoy seeing how many I recognised.

Come and visit Saint Clair Family Estate Vineyard Kitchen to relax, sit back and enjoy the Saint Clair experience. The newly renovated establishment is situated within a unique vineyard setting with views extending past the vines towards the ever changing
When in Blenheim we always stop off at the St Clair Wineries. Always great service, the guy we had serving us with wine tastings was very knowledgeable and the wine of course is excellent. Thanks for visiting - we love it when you are in Blenheim and call in to see us! We really appreciate you taking the time to provide such wonderful feedback. See you on your next visit.

Hans Herzog Estate is one of New Zealandâs most treasured, truly artisan wineries. Settled in 1994 in the heart of Marlborough within the most beautiful gardens Herzogâs offers casual luxury and indulgence for food and wine lovers. Unfettered by commercia
Hans Herzog was recommended on Wine Enthusiast, I believe, and I believe I will never trust that source again as most of the places I went based on recommendations from that platform were snobbish and overrated, Hans Herzog being one of those. My husband and I decided to splurge on lunch. My husband ordered the steak. First of all, they use a sirloin cut, which is good if you are on a diet, but does not have the fat content to satisfy a diner paying top dollar. Also, they didn't give him a steak knife?!? Rookie mistake. I ordered the gnocchi and was also underwhelmed with the lack of flavor and kid-like display. The grounds are picturesque, but not worth the pricey dollar sign on the lackluster lunch. If you want a truly amazing meal, drive southeast toward Oamaru and eat at Riverstone Kitchenâbest restaurant on the South Island, hand down.
