Nice cozy place, friendly and warm. Food is mainly fish, I tasted an amazing starter of fish soups and then a grilled "dorade". Service is quick and professional. The price is cheap. I recommend it

If you want to combine a nice late dinner with nice music, and may be a little bit of shakin' then that's the place. Also they have Karaoke nights.Or you may go for a nice quiet dinner but before 10 pm because by midnight the party begins.You will never regret it going on a Thursday night.

During my stay at Lamaraz hotel, I experienced La Baie restaurant and liked especially the location, the panoramic view the food and the kindness of the staff. Will come back for sure.

Patio is an up-market restaurant in the diplomatic enclave of El Biar; you know immediately that you are not in the Algiers of the centre-ville, much less the Casbah. The staff speaks impeccable French (and nearly all of the Algerian diners appear to be speaking French more often than Arabic themselves), and the manager speaks quite good English as well. In early November the outside patio tables were still very comfortable.The menu has an Italian flavor. I skipped the pastas and the pizzas, and plunked for the entrecôte grillé, followed by tiramisù. With a liter of mineral water and an espresso to wrap up, the bill came to 2400 dinars. Patio makes for a welcome break from the regular fare of day-to-day life (and travel) in Algeria.

The restaurant is the going oasis for expats and diplomats. In the inner covered patio they meet to share a meal and a drink, and to forget the strict rules outside the doors. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the wine is great and the seafood comes recommended.

La Palmeraie was a beautiful discovery for me in Algiers, we were actually invited there and it was an outing to remember, the ambiance was great, quite authentic, food was as expected, authentic and tastes great .. i ordered Lamb with black olives and i can never forget the taste, Harira soup was delightful, and the cous cous was good ... it's recommended for a weekend outing with friend .. the atmosphere is clean and people don't smoke inside like many restaurants in AlgiersDear,Thank you very much for your wonderful and detailed review. Nice restaurant, with a good menu, whilst they do offer fish I would say it is more a meat restaurant and what they serve is excellent. Good, swift and professional service. Think is is more a business restaurant !
