the 7 spices is a smart restaurant , the staff are very helpful and at the weekend there is a choice of buffet or ordering from the menu.freshly cooked food delivered to the table is generally better than a buffet, however there was only two of us to share the food ,so we decided to select the buffet and have small portions of a few different options..we were very happy with the buffet , which like the menu was reasonably priced, good quality and a very good reason to visit 7 spices again

chef's owned Indian restaurant dine-in & takeaway, this place serves fresh and truly traditional north Indian curries and tandoori entree, the chef& owner belong from North East part of India (uttarakhand). This is a cosy place about 40 people setting inc
Dropped in on Friday night for dinner with two relatives. Luckily we booked as was full house with every table taken. All the reviews that I have seen have been very good for this local restaurant.Being Senior Citizens we did not have entrees and just ordered mains to be shared. The Guru specialties such as fish and prawn curry and the chicken curry were both enjoyable dishes. We also had a Paneer dish and the lamb shank curry. If anything was a little disappointing it was the lamb shank which we found difficult to take the meat off. Generally the meat on a shank falls away very easily but not in this case!To go with the curries we had Kashmiri Rice and Naan bread, both of which were excellent. The young man, Jay, who was serving was very nice and we enjoyed attentive service all night. The restaurant is BYO and we would recommend it.Thank you tricky for your first visit, it was pleasant talking with you at the end of your dinner.i apologies for the lamb shank you find bit hard as we discussed. i will defiantly going to get all shank one size from now, i would like to recommend you for your next visit the goat curry and prawn malabari are going very popular here now,we will see you soon again .regards Harish

With a friend visiting from overseas wanting to take us out to dinner, we decided on "The Cove" Indian restaurant in Attadale. They allow BYO wine, so didn't break the bank. We all enjoyed our meal immensely, great service & fabulous food. The naan garlic bread is a must here. Our visitor really was happy with the restaurant & pricing. As we go fairly regularly, it was a no brainer for us.

Was a quiet night when we went, table for eight, everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, beware, large portions. The main point that made this special was the presentation of the food, very different and inventive. Service was very good, attentive but not in your face. Thanks Saroor for a great evening.

Home style Indian food at its best.
Absolutely amazing food and service. Only picked up take away for a lazy sunday and am so glad we tried mother india! Only waited an extra 15 mins and the staff we so apologetic. We didnt mind waiting at all but they still threw in lots of complimentary extras. All mains are GF which is perfect for me as a coeliac. All dishes were devine! We couldn't believe the generous amount of perfectly cooked spanish macky in the goan fish curry. It will definately be a regular for us now. Winderful freo gem. Well done mother india!

This restaurant was close to our accommodation and so good we eat here twice in one week.It is clearly extremely popular and having eaten here, I understand why. Our food was delicious and having eaten in many indian restaurants, I can confirm it was one of the best we've experienced. The staff were attentive without being overpowering. The food was beautifully cooked and arrived in a timely fashion. The house wine was excellent and whilst we lingered somewhat over the meal, we did not feel under pressure to eat up and get out quickly. The staff were amused by our slighty over zealous ordering and kindly arranged 'doggy bags' of our surplus food for us to eat the next day! ( Just as delicious then too!) My only regret is that as I was on holiday in Freo that I will not be back again for some time!

This is with out doubt one of the best Indian restuarants I have visited in Perth. Silver service and great staff. Food arrives piping hot and tastes are sensational. A little bit expensive but worth every penny.
