this 19th century castle welcomes you to the borders of haute provence. Built at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail in the heart of the famous Côtes du Rhône vineyard, conviviality and relaxation are on the program, thanks to the large shaded park and the terrace and private swimming pool. For your comfort, all our suites, rooms and cottages are air conditioned. New / the old vats have become 3 very pretty gites for 2 people with terrace, facing the swimming pool and the vineyard. For this season, following government guidelines, we will receive our guests at the table on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening with a minimum reservation 24 in advance. WE GO FOR ORGANIC IN ALL OUR MEALS For stays: rooms or suites: 2 nights minimum the cottages: 7 nights A bit of history: Old mill from the 19th century, then a small castle in the heart of a large wine estate at the beginning of the 20th century. The family atmosphere of the house inspired the novelist ELISABETH BARBIER: First cousin of the owners to write:>. The new greenhouse is transformed into a spa (on reservation), we look forward to welcoming you to the chateau
Despite canceling for free and on time, the hotel did not reimburse the charge they took from my credit card - 150Euro in total. No reaction to emails etc to still refund (or at least provide vouchers). Very poor service.

Situated on the provencal "Route des Vins", le Mas de la Soie (The Silk Farmhouse) welcomes you to the heart of Cotes du Rhone wine-growing country. Visit us and enjoy our traditionnal provencal home with his peaceful garden steeped in the scent of Mediterranean plants. Enjoy, too, the swimming pool set among olive and fruit trees.
4 days spent in this guest house. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is copious. Gaelle, the home mistress, is sweet, nice, and gives a lot of advice to enjoy spot, place and good restaurant all around. The swimming pool is a plus and very enjoyable ! I highly recommand !!

A great B&B near Violès. Very close to Gigondas, Siguret and Vacqueyras if you feel like exploring the local wine culture. The hosts are simply the best. They got out of their way to make us feel at home. They are very attentive and sweet. The restaurant is also amazing. Make sure you stay in for dinner at least once. The only think I can complain about is the size of the beds. It’s just 1.90m and if you’re taller than that it gets a little tricky :-) Make sure you call the property and book. You’d save a lot doing it that way.

Price is high but everything was excellent. Food was great, service as well. We booked one of the only 3 pool houses (they only have 3 to limit the number of people at the pool) and the pool was great too. I would have give it 5 stars without a blink if it wasn't for the foul smell from what it seems some kind of winery next door. It is sad they invested so much money to make a perfect place when they have this big problem with the smell next door. There is lots of old farms you can buy for a discount everywhere around this location and they would never have had this problem. Maybe this happens only certain time of the year, then you can have a fantastic experience going there, but if like us you come at a time where you have this stench, you will feel cheated.

Discovering the upper Vaucluse at Le Martinet Hiking and climbing in the Dentelles de Montmirail The Dentelles de Montmirail, the first foothills of Mont Ventoux, take their name from the Latin "Mons mirabilis" meaning admirable mountains. They rise to 732 meters at the highest point. These imposing limestone bars, emerging from the earth as if to cut out the sky of Provence, are one of the most spectacular geological formations. On these rugged reliefs and harmoniously shaped by man over the centuries, today inhabit a Mediterranean forest (Aleppo pines, white oaks, garrigue vegetation and a terraced vineyard which has produced wines of aging, racy, elegant and of remarkable finesse (.Gigondas Vacqueyras Beaumes de Venise) Rich in 1,250 hectares of vineyards, 40 km of marked hiking trails, 3 mountain biking circuits and 650 listed climbing routes, the massif offers a real spectacular setting, which in all seasons, knows how to satisfy the most demanding aspirations of many sportsmen and "wine tourists" Discovery of the famous Mont Ventoux (biosphere) at 2o km Perched villages Roman sites for all these experiences we welcome you in our guest house, former silkworm farm at the Château du Martinet, we offer a gite (70 m2) atypical decoration following new standards due to the virus minimum rental of 7 nights at pleasure to meet Dominique and Natacha
Weekend merveilleux !
