Very friendly staff, really attentive to the hotel guests, super clean, good location that allows easily to reach Strasbourg centre by bus (stops just at the corner, 200 m away), really nice breakfast, modern design, free of charge bottle of water and coffee machine in the room were highly appreciated!

Reasonable place, but could improve
Reviewed By Felipe KThe hotel is clean and staff are friendly enough, but there are some irritating points. Parking is terrible, no available spaces and people who stay here have no idea how to park, using 2 spaces instead of one. Internet speed and connection is dodgy. Beds are a a bit hard, and only one pillow per person is provided. Price and location is reasonable, so the place is a bit out of Strasbourg, but close enough. I would recommend it if you can put up with the points I mentioned.

Very decadent - don't go, neither for 1 night etape

The bathroom in the room is not simply frugal (which would be ok), but crappy and decadent. Linen are clean, at least. I would say that you should go to a Formula1 instead, it is by far more fair!

Worst business trip ever
Reviewed By drphil2021I went to Strasbourg on a business trip. I booked a double standard room on the official website. Without previous information, I ended up with a room for people with reduced mobility. The bathroom, the bed height and all furniture was much lower than usual. So beware of back pain ! More especially, the closet was one meter above the ground, so my costume and coat dragged on the ground ! When asked to change room because it was not as I booked, the receptionnist rudely answered to me that the hotel was full, though I have hardly met a few people. I think they just did not want to Apart from that, breakfast is very expensive (12,50€) and poor : coffee, 2 viennoiseries, 2 mini leaves, one jam sample, one honey sample, one yogurt. No eggs, bacon or ham. I was quite hungry. Hotel is noisy (above a busy road) so don't expect to have a nice resting sleep here. To sum up, this hotel is much too expensive and service quality is poor. I booked in another hotel for my second night and I will never go there again.

Reviewed By viaravThe hotel is situated on a 15 minutes walking distance from tram line B, where after 10 minutes with a tram you will be in the center of the city. I had a double room, which is very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The breakfast was with good variety and excellent quality.
