New and nice hotel
Reviewed By pregl MVeredas is the newest hotel in Sao Miguel when we visited in July 2018. Rooms are not large but beds and bathroom are very nice and clean. The hotel is located downtown but it stil quiet and close to most restaurants. Mr Tales, the owner, also runs the bakery attChed to the hotel. No need to say that the breakfast is very nice. The rates we paid for a double occupancy were very modest, US35 including taxes and breakfast.

A hostel by the price of a nice hotel
Reviewed By HFLenzIt’s a fishers hotel, located at walking distance from the river. The bedrooms are aging and poorly equipped, lacking comfort. The breakfast and dinner are ok, but not special. The service was reasonable: the people were good, but they couldn’t help much as some nonsense rules are in place (i.e.: you can eat you breakfast sandwich here, but if you take it with you, you’ll be extra charged). Ok, one goes there for fishing, so the hotel is not the main attraction. True, the hotel offers the fishing package, with the boats and guides and etcetera. But those weren’t really good as well. Impolite guides, bellow average boats, and so on. Doesn’t worth it.
