I’m a balik bayan and this location is perfect ( accessible to shopping , restaurants and great for meeting friends coming from makati or qc area. Central location) Staff are courteous and professional, clean and new hotel. Keep up the good work ? I recommend this when you’re in Manila.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reviewed By 536jansentOne of our major off shore client stayed here last night because she was planning to play football in La Salle but wasn't able to because of her busy schedule. She said that the customer service was great offline and online. It was a great location since it's near Promenade, Theater Mall and Vista Mall. One thing that is off was the private parking slot is a total rip off. It was nice of the Front Desk staffs to recommend parking in Promenade which was literally 5 mins away and she wasn't completely informed that the cancellation of security deposit will take longer than 3 days. But overall, she was happy and that is all that matters. Thank you.

Was not organized and could not make any decisions they had to always ask viber messages from Peter to confirm things so it took so much time just to check in. 2. Rude and not accommodating at all. Every interaction with them was unpleasant and even traumatizing 3. What was listed on the property was not true it said that there is rfid card to allow us to come in and out by ourselves if we had to go out but there was none. We had to call Ms Choo every time and she was always mad at us having to come in and out. We even apologized to her for HER inconvenience but she is still very rude to us 4. The parking although available was a big inconvenience because we kept being asked to go out and re arrange slots because of customer coming in and out so our stay was very chaotic. They kept knocking on our door very loudly disturbing our sleep in the morning. When we ignore the first knock they just keep knocking without even apologizing for disturbing us when we checked in to try to relax from the weekdays. 5. We had to ask for the wifi password, an extra towel bc they only gave us one. The ref did not have an adaptor so we had to ask for it again and we even had to ask for the lock combination of our own room. All in SEPARATE occasions. If we had not asked they would not have given it to us. 6. When we were checking out Ms Choo was very rude and handed me the deposit payment like she was throwing it into the trash did not even have the common decency to say thank you for staying 7. When we were checking in we had the wrong dates so there was a mishap but it was fixed because I booked another one for the correct date in booking site. The problem was they were very rude and did not even ask us to sit. She even refused to check the booking info I was trying to show her that's why it took such a long time we were all just outside by the parking area and then moved to a hallway. The only good thing was the location was in the middle of the city so it was good. The room and the facility was great because it had complete amenities with good shower and tv etc so it was a shame that we have such a bad experience.

Reviewed By ettaollichcomfortable and clean room, though mobile signal is not very good inside the building. Wi-fi can only operate in the lobby area, but anyway I love the super friendly and helpful people there :) What needs to be improved is the bunk bed's stairs, that is too small and has no grip, pretty creepy to climb up and down. Need doormats for the bathroom.
