Reviewed By Misty WI have stayed here twice since October of 2021 and each time has been excellent! We love the milk and cookies that they serve in the evening. We also enjoy the indoor pool and spa (my 12 year old sons favorite part). The room is nice and the bed is cozy. The free breakfast in the morning is better than most continental breakfasts. Actual hot food that tastes good, not just muffins and cold cereal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we are visiting our daughter at college. Go Cougs!

We were here one night from Seattle to visit our son but joked that we might have to come back just to stay in this hotel. It was also quiet and in an easy location close to town, and I was able to take my dog. Very happy with this place (and sometimes I’m pretty picky!) … they made our entire weekend great.

Reviewed By DBLJAMThe room had a lot of dust in it under the tv, on shelves, and didn’t look recently cleaned. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They served a morning breakfast in the lobby. There is a dog walking area at the back of the property. It was convenient to WSU.

Parking later at night is tight, especially with a lot of snow piled up in a couple of parking spots. What was there for breakfast was OK, but need more options and somebody on the ball to restock. Only English muffins for bread that were slowly replenished after I took the last one, cereal was cheerios or raisin bran with another container empty. Sausage and scrambled eggs was good and plentiful. No decaf coffee if that matters. Then hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oranges and apples.. Except they were out of fruit just a little later when my wife got there and it wasn't replenished.

Reviewed By augievikings92We stayed during homecoming weekend. Hotel is older but room was updated and spotless. Location is great - half a block from downtown with bars, restaurants and good coffee. Free parking right in front of the room. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Probably ok when there are no long term construction crews staying there
Reviewed By travh2018Currently they have a fiber optic construction crew staying there long term. This crew is very loud every night and management does nothing about it. We booked there for 2 weeks and it was every night of yelling and being loud. Horrible experience. The place is getting old and going down hill.
