We stayed for a short break and overall had a lovely time. The facilities are beautiful and very clean, the staff were all very friendly. The food could have been better, some dishes we got were blonde or not per the menu description. While the staff were all very helpful and friendly the receptionist we dealt with was not friendly and not helpful eg never advised of facilities, where to book dinner the our DBB rate. Despite these comments we would still recommend this hotel, it certainly has potential for a 5* review.

This hotel is lovely very busy with restaurant rooms perfect my opinion is not just with this hotel it is with hotels in general .I am a very hard working female i live with my dad who is 89 i am a manager in a hard working environment so ìt is nice to get away to chill but i feel staff look at me because i am alone they show little attention men sit in bars they are recieved with normal welcome and chat . I worked in pubs in uk and ended up running my own pub and decided that women should feel comfortable in my pub on their own i chatted i went out of my way to make them comfortable in having a drink at the bar chatting with me and treating them with respect and not feel uncomfortable and i feel that staff should make the same effort with single women as they do with men in this stage of life we all need time out be looked after because you never know what that person is going through so just a thought for people who look at a single lady taking time out we actually deserve a little love and respect and feel we deserve that time too ? ❤

We stayed with Anne and Warwick a few years ago (2018, unfortunately I am not a regular TripAdvisor user which explains why only writing a review now!). The O'Hara's provided one of the warmest and most delightful stays I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. At the time, Dinner was an option at Mornington House, going by more recent reviews, I am not sure if this is still the case. If it is, then I can heartily recommend partaking in it, as well as breakfast as both are excellent meals. The mealtimes are also a wonderful chance to engage further with the lovely hosts and the charming other guests that fin this hidden gem.

We stayed on Kerrigans Saturday night, the location is very central with parking on site available at weekends. The room was really lovely it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous and we were served by two very friendly ladies. A huge thank you to Natalie who pulled out all the stops to get my phone which I had left behind back to me. I would highly recommend Kerrigans fantastic accommodation lovely staff and great value for money!

We had the best time at Woodlands Farm. The 300 year old farmhouse reminded me of my grandmother’s house when I was a girl. Our room was beautiful, spacious for the 4 of us and very comfortable. Every need was taken care of, the breakfast was delicious. My nephews went to the sitting room to watch the World Cup and our hostess Mrs. Maxwell, brought them snacks and had a lovely talk with them. The farm is beautiful and we all enjoyed the donkeys. Mrs. Maxwell gave us suggestions on places to visit which we did. We enjoyed a tour of the Killbeggan Distillery, lunch at the New Forest Golf Club and a lovely dinner at Tyrrellspass Castle. We did a scavenger hunt through the garden at Tullynally Castle. Would definitely stay there again!!

Casa Rizzini BB can be described with three words. Comfortable, modern and classy. With spacious en suite double rooms, a truly oasis of relaxation, situated between Dublin and the Connemara in Co. Westmeath. You will be woken by birdsong and the scent of freshly baked cake with a sip of a hot Italian coffee. In the evening you will be welcomed in an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.
One of the delightful stay! Wonderful food Ms. Rita Rizzini, receptive bedrooms and a paradise place. Italian food of the best quality, the best wines and pro secco are served at every dinner. The company of nature and animals on site. The best B & B in Ireland.

Delightful 200 year old house set on 4 acres with woodlands and lawns, very private, within walking distance from town and Mullingar Park Hotel. One hour drive from Dublin.
Our host was wonderful. We were well looked after but also pur host went above and beyond. There was a storm the morning we were leaving and we had left our car at the wedding venue. Our host drove us to get our car. So very nice and apprecoated. Our Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful breakfast room. Our bed was very rhetro looking and incresibily comfortable and a really good shower. The house is steeped in charm and history. It feels like you are in a countryside haven and yet it is really a short ealk into town or a very cheap taxi I'm sure. This stay exceeded all expectations. Top notch hospitality!!.
