Reviewed By sylindsWe stayed here for 3 nights and found the accomodation outstanding. Rooms were spotless, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was great as we ate there twice. Would highly recommend a lake view room.

There are apartaments with indipendence entrance. The rooms are light and large, in the bath there is shower and in the living rooms conforteble furniture. In the garden you can find your table to take breakfast or to have some good time. Parking reserved for the guests On domande, is available the kitchen

Reviewed By Sonja KWe had a very warm welcome by our host, who even stayed up late because we were running late. Best breakfast we've had in a long while! Also good recommendations on what to see and do in the area. The apartment is very nice and clean, we would have loved to stay even longer!

Very Genuine Host
Reviewed By RJBAustWe had 3 nights here. It is a villa in a complex of 2 levels located over a small bar/cafeteria. The villa we stayed in was a studio with small kitchenette, good bathroom & a comfortable foldout bed. There is a balcony shared with 2 other villas while we were there-able to sit & relax & watch the locals pass. The free wifi speed along once we got the router reset! The village is small so everything we need is a couple of minutes flat walking away. It was only a 2 minute walk to the railway station for our arrival & departure We had a few minor problems getting things to work (us not understanding/unfamilar with the systems) but the host was quickly there & ensured things were going & we were comfortable. You are located on the main road but if you look for places elsewhere in the village you are faced with some pretty steep walking to get around

Lovely Location, poor apartment and facilities
Reviewed By Peter MThere are some very pleasing features at this property.but firstly I want to criticise the some of the descriptive details that can be found on the various Booking Agency Sites. For example, I have thoroughly checked the Booking.Com English Pages about this property, and nowhere does it mention that there is a 40 Euro cleaning charge payable on top of the apartment hire cost; this is only made clear after you make the booking. Descriptions also state there is a “Beach”; a beach to most people means a slope of sand or pebbles leading gradually into the water. Here, there is only a Landing Deck, from which you go directly out of your depth into 2 metres of water. So parents beware: if your child cannot swim, she will not be able to bathe. Ask for a lake view when booking your apartment; it would be a shame to stay at Lago Iseo and not be able to enjoy the wonderful lake views. Also bear in mind that check-in here is very late : 5:00pm, and you have to be out by 10:00am in the morning; so you get less time at your residence than at most places. Based on our experience, the apartment was adequate but that’s all. The shower heads had not been decalcified for a long time, so you just get a dribble of water. The sofa [there were no armchairs, so this was the only sitting possibility apart from upright chairs] was placed against the wall upon which the TV was mounted. So in reality you had to watch TV whilst lying on the bed. And on the subject of TV, there were no operational instructions. The satellite channels were exclusively from Germany and Austria, with more than 50 Sex (“Adult”) Channels. The Cooker Hood Extraction Unit was sited so low that you can easily crack your head on it if using the cooker hob – and it had nasty, sharp corners and edges. The wifi was intermittent and eventually failed to connect altogether. If arriving by car, you will pass a massive tenement block which seems to be used for housing refugees and immigrants; there are lots of personal washing hanging up to dry on the windows and balconies, lots of small kids roaming around, and quite a few cats and dogs. The Property is behind this unpromising building. Outside, parking is very tight. You will be allocated a parking space number, but whilst the bays are as wide as any car might be, if you have a medium-sized car or bigger you will find it very difficult to open the doors and get out when another car is parked alongside. The Landing Stage and Decking are perfect, with ample deck chairs and seating. There is also a roof garden above the apartments where you can sit and enjoy the views. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

Reviewed By lacorfiotinaSéjour d'étape très agréable à Casa Cathy. Accueil sympathique, maison conforme à la description, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Située au-dessus du lac d'Iseo la maison avec sa belle terrasse jouit d'une vue magnifique. La région a beaucoup à offrir. En particulier pour les amateurs de randonnées. Circuits nombreux tout autour sur les hauteurs du lac. Je recommande.
