The award winning Munduk Moding Plantation (MMP) offers some of the best view on the Island from its luxurious suites and villas spread out over 5 hectares. Outdoor infinity pools and a tropical Jacuzzi provide scenic views of the surrounding coffee trees, rice fields and mountains down to the Bali sea. MMP also boasts its own spa, two restaurants, a coffee roastery, a bamboo activity hall and a tennis/badminton court. Buyan Lake and Tamblingan Lake are both a 15-minute drive from MMP. Featuring wood flooring and furnishings, each room has a 4-poster bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. A flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, DVD player and refrigerator with minibar are included. Private bathrooms include a marble shower and a terrazzo bathtub. Enjoy massages and various body treatments at the resort’s spa. Activities such as tennis, cycling and horse riding from its stables are available. MMP also provides laundry services. You will not lack anything, being pampered from inside and outside, with orginic first class dishes, including vegan and vegetarian menu card, healthy herbal tea menu, and organic fruits, excellent spa and massage. From MMP it is easy to book a dolphin tour and other activities. The jacuzzi is a warm welcome during fresh evenings as mountain nature escape from hot Bali beaches. MMP infinity pool is the best place to be with an amazing vieuw over the resort into the valley that brings your head into the clouds. Reviewed By Anikev1Fantastische lokatie. Heerlijk rustig tussen de rijstvelden. Kamer is zeer schoon. Fijn bed. De temperatuur is hier heerlijk. Er is een fan op de kamer. Ruim voldoende omdat het niet heet wordt. De gastvrouw is geweldig. Ze spreekt goed Engels en doet alles voor je. Je kunt ook bij haar een kookles volgen. Doen!! De homestay ligt wat afgelegen dus je bent aangewezen op het eigen restaurant. Prima maar kleine keuze. Als je op zoek bent naar een familiair gevoel op het plattenland en houd van rust dan is dit jóuw plek. We hebben genoten.

Horrible ! A fuir !! Attention arnaque touriste !!
Reviewed By cathy pNous avons séjourné 4 nuit à munduk et c’était de loin mes 4 pires nuit de vacances.. Habituée aux auberges de jeunesse, celle-ci n’en a pas les qualités comme énoncé dans le descriptif. Ne pas se fier aux belles photos, ni aux paroles du propriétaire ! Nous arrivons et personne n’est présent pour nous accueillir, heureusement une touriste est présente pour nous guider. Elle nous informe qu’il y a seulement la présence d’une dame qui ne parle pas anglais et qui ne sait pas lire visiblement les traductions indonésiennes sur google… Communication impossible. Pas de carte de munduk ni d’information sur les activités… et notre formule comprenait un petit déjeuner et pas de restaurant ou salle à manger dans le logement… Nous sommes donc seul sans rien à Munduk ! Pas digne d’une auberge de jeunesse. De plus, le propriétaire nous assure une chambre calme et silencieuse !! Attention arnaque !! Pas de mur, planche de bois avec écart sur l’extérieur, pas d’isolation ni d’insonorisation, aucune intimité nous entendons les gens du dessus et du dessous parler, péter et même se retourner dans leur lit.. La chambre est sale, présence de plein d’insecte, salle de bain horrible (celle du voisin fuit dans la notre (photo)), peu d’eau chaude pas de pression. Si vous compter vous reposer en fin de journée, la nuit ou le matin, oubliez présence d’une basse court en bas du logement avec coqs, poules , chiens, d’une école de musique balinaise et de la route des scooters et des villageois.. De plus, nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double et pour couronner le tout , nous n’avions pas de couverture 2 places mais seulement pour 1 personne, pour information les nuits à munduk descendent autour des 15 à 17degrés sachant qu’il n’y a aucune isolation, nous avons eu vraiment très froid.. Nous avons donc contacté le propriétaire pour l’en informer et nous attendons toujours la couverture 2 places.. nous avons été traités comme de vulgaires comptes en banques (30€/nuit vraiment très cher pour munduk)… et lorsque nous avons demandé à être remboursés pour ne pas finir le séjour chez eux, silence radio..Nous avons donc subit nos 4 nuits qui auraient dû être calmes, simples et reposantes. Celles-ci on été froides, bruyantes, désagréables en d’autre terme horribles. Ne vous faites donc pas avoir comme nous !
