A Double story building with upper bay windows build in 1855. Its early history is romantic but rather vague. It became a printing works round about the time of the Boer War and remain so producing various gazettes. Thereafter the building deteriorated significantly till a total rebuild to what it now is - The Kingsman Boutique Hotel - an clean, cool and opulent gem. The hotel consists out of 3 individually decorated rooms with en suite bathrooms, air con flat screen TV, with DSTV channels and wi-fi. Enjoy a convenient breakfast at the hotel

Reviewed By Wendy VWe had an outstanding stay at this very arty hotel. We were given the Presidential suite which was out of this world. Its a strange mixture of modern art and old world. Modern art sculptures, chandeliers and mosaic art combine with old record players and old antique collectables in the dining room. Fascinating stayover with great service, particularly from Maretha the owner and Alfred the Security guard. If I could rate this hotel 6/5 I would!

Reviewed By Dave JWe stayed over on 2 January 2018 on our way to East London. We had to take a detour via Bethulie due strikes in Aliwal North. Linsa and Martin were extremely helpful and when we arrive at 21h00 they welcomed us with a wonderful cooked meal and drinks. The accommodation is top notch and we will be back again. Well Done!

Instructions to not use the bath or basin because it's not working no toilet in this room. The communal toilet was not flashing. We were shift to a other room. Double bed springs poking you the whole night. Bedding dirty with mud marks. A worm greeted us in our bed. The room looks like it was not clean in ages. No TV facility. No dustbin.No refrigerator. Carpets extremely filthy and after using the bath the smell coming of the carpet were awful. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!
