bed and shower are bad, the rest is good.
Reviewed By mvharten007We burnt our back in the shower, everyday the shower becomes 60 degrees, you have to jump out other wise you burn yourself. The bed was sagged, we slept on the ground because it was terrible The rest is good

Run down & grubby
Reviewed By PluckychickWe stayed in Themis on the ground floor and had ski in ski out which was great but otherwise the apartment itself was not good. We booked through Crystal Ski. One bed room with a double bed. Very small room but ok. Mattress was clean looking but the room was filthy. The ledge over the bed was inches thick with dust and the carpet was filthy and clearly not cleaned from previous guests. There was a hoover in the room so I dusted and cleaned. Not ideal on arrival of a £4K holiday. The pillows were absolutely gross, old lumpy pillows and so horrible to use. The whole place needs a deep clean. The living room had two sofas. One my son used as a bed. That room was advertised as sleeping three people but not sure how that would work. The kitchenette was hilarious. It had a toaster, kettle and coffee pot but not one single socket to plug them into. The bathroom screen for the shower was so bad the floor of the bathroom was just a massive puddle after every shower. It did the job. We spent very little time in it. I didn’t sleep the first two nights because of the pillows and grime, despite being exhausted from skiing. If you want a good location it’s great but don’t expect much inside. Filthy place. Left it cleaner than we found it!

Perfect Location and Very Good All Round
Reviewed By M2198ICvictorkTo be fair, I should give it a 4.5 star. 5 star is given from a comparison point of view as I would not expect better all round from other similar hotels. This is our 3rd mmv hotel stayed for skiing and it's the best, in view of the location, near the better slopes in La Plagne and easy access to the vast slope network towards Les Arcs. This is located at 2000 metre in altitude ensuring sufficient snow for early / late season skiing, as what we have done. Mmv Full Board status also allowed us to have lunch in other mmv hotels in the whole Paradiski area, which is a very good experience. We asked for a bigger room with balcony which was honoured. The Restaurant here is pretty small but the food variety and quality are quite good. The best part is the staff. All are friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to the Front Desk managers, Amandine and Clement, who have been exceptionally helpful prior to and even after our stay. The swimming pool and both the indoor/outdoor hot tub, which do not require a booking in advance, added a lot to our enjoyment everyday after skiing. Steam bath and sauna which in policy requires booking in advance were in the same area and we were never challenged even using without booking. Parking is available at the hotel for 96 euros a week. There are 10+ free public parking space about 50 meters up the road or a few other nearby laybys which do not require any payments. If in doubt, find a police officer to confirm. There are other parts which may require some attention. The outdoor hot tub has some jacuzzi buttons broken. The ski-in/out access behind the ski locker room is small but can be better pathed. The insurance terms of Skiset which provides the ski equipment package for the hotel are not as reasonable as inhouse ski shop of some other MMV hotels. Having said that, these issues are relatively minor.

Ski trip to Belle Plagne
Reviewed By Voyage61824351587Belle Plagne is a fabulous area for skiing. Just wish we had been there many years ago when we were young enough to benefit fully. We would highly recommend it for all levels of skiing including young children. The nursery slopes looked wonderful. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Nuno who sorted out our parking problem. We would highly recommend this accommodation and are already planning to return next winter with larger family including Grandchildren.

Reviewed By Alex9795151The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. This is a ski-in ski-out hotel.The supermarket spar is at 7mn walk from the residence. Final cleaning is included. I liked it all very much! Will be back again!

Underwhelming and false advertising
Reviewed By RichardN2854Hotel selected for swimming pool and fitness facilities over others. Proved completely false advertising. Swimming pool was in fact a hot tub with only access for a single 30 min slot per week. Fitness room was poorly equipped, and closed for majority of my stay for a corporate conference. Don't advertise these if they don't exist in reality!
