Great place
Reviewed By Robert PWe stayed for 9 days and had the greatest time there . We don’t speak a lot of Spanish and the staff was so accommodating to us 1 staff member spoke some English when we checked in he tried explaining to me the way to the parking and Arandas has a lot of one way streets he ended up riding with me so I could find it easily. The entire staff was fantastic the housekeeping staff is the best kept our room spotless and clean very friendly ladies and were so kind to us . We had the best time there and the whole city is fantastic food and of course Tequila. Breakfast was included at a restaurant nearby la Fonda what a great place to at breakfast the staff there were so accommodating to us and the food was great . Looking forward to returning. Thank you the entire staff of the hotel and restaurant you made our vacation a remarkable adventure.

Reviewed By berthitasalinasEs un mini hotel pero de boutique hotel no tiene nada. Primero para entrar tienes q subir una escalera super angosta empinada hasta la recepcion con todo y maletas. Luego para tu habitacion otro tanto de escaleras. Para ir al estacionamiento q esta como en ptra cuadra te dan la llave y tu tienes q abrir un porton con alambres oxidados batallar para abrirlo, sacsr tu carro y regresar la llve a recepcion y de noche boca de lobos ni un foquito ni nada horrible La habitacion equis, pero el colchon se sentian los resortes, no tiene ventilacion mas q abriendo la ventana, el baño con mas escalones y resbalosisimo. Salen 3 gotas de agua y para todos lados y ademas el agua no escurre rapido se estanca en el baño. Creo q por el precio ($1750 x noche) se puede conseguir algo mucho mwjor. Lo unico rescatable es la excelente atencion y amabilidad del personal

Reviewed By xahukEl Hotel es relativamente nuevo, la ubicación es buena, a 4 cuadras de la basílica y 6 de la Catedral. El servicio es bueno, aunque las habitaciones con balcón son algo ruidosas por el tráfico. Bastante recomendable.

Definitely not a boutique hotel
Reviewed By danitaliamexicoVery far from being a boutique hotel, rooms are very very small; a WhatsApp message welcomes you, then another number WhatsApp you, but actually if you need to talk to someone you need to call a third number. And, nobody is present, there is not a real reception. Very confusing. Parking is also kinda complicated with a lot of hours restrictions, and we actually can’t use it (Christmas eve and day didn’t help). Bathroom is a bit messy, with cheap furniture. Location is ok, very centric.
