Programs are created to meet the needs, goals, and abilities of each individual. Our studio offers Pilates programs which utilize mat and specialized equipment to stretch and strengthen the whole body. Our programs are beneficial for: body conditioning, postural alignment, injury prevention/rehabilitation, weight loss, pre/post natal, and overall fitness. I signed up for a private pilates lesson at studio 90 degrees as I’ve always heard great things about this studio. It was challenging and fun. I would definitely recommend when visiting Turks & Caicos.

We are an island rustic yoga studio and wellness hub located on the second floor of Ports of Call Plaza, Grace Bay. We offer a calm and welcoming space for Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi Classes, as well as Workshops and Private Sessions. Classes offered include Hot Power Flow, Dynamic Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa and Yin, Chen Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and more! We are open Monday - Saturday during scheduled class times. Retreat also offers vegan and raw snacks, fresh veggie juices, teas, organic coffee, sprouts, and yoga apparel in our small boutique!
Being new to yoga, I decided to try some classes with David. I had heard good things from locals and after a few classes I was hooked. His yoga knowledge is unbelievably deep and his classes focus on a combination of meditation, breath and form. Each class with him was different, which kept the sessions fun and interesting. I have now taken numerous yoga classes back home and while most are very good, David stands in a class of his own.

Mon-Thur 5.30am-9pm, Fri 6am-8pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-12pm, regular hours during public holidays!
