A modest little restaurant tucked away at the edge of the city centre.Seats are comfortabele, owners very friendly and portions very generous.As for the actual food - delicious! Authentic Iraqi dishes, traditional herbs and spices and the meat has a lovely grilled flavour.Absolutly recommended, but do go with an empty stomach!

Hi,We live in this village and being a small village with a limited number of restaurants, we had to try Salsero, especially after the postive reviews we had read.It was a simple dinner, that was our choice, a starter and main course, the most striking thing was the meat served, good sized cuts and very well cooked with charcoal on a big green egg barbecue.The salad was very normal, but the vegetables were nicely served, with kidney beans that gave a south American tint to the meal. Aloso worth mentioning are the Patacones, these are a kind of deep fried bannana, never had these before, so I can's compare to another restaurant, but also different and very tasty.We had a starter, main ,meal and a glass of wine each, the cost was euro 65 - so it's not expensive and well worth a visit

Een gezellig eetcafé met ruim terras. Gelegen vlak aan het Pagnevaartbos, op wandelafstand van Splesh (Bosbad Hoeven) en internationaal vliegveld... zeg maar Seppe . Corné en Yvonne zorgen voor een paar simpele schotels voor een bescheiden prijs, voor een heerlijk pilske of wat speciaals van de tap, met vriendelijke bediening en volop oplaadpunten voor elektrische fietsen voor een leuke plek om even neer te strijken, voor een drankje, een hapje, een heerlijke sorbet of gewoon voor een lekker bakje koffie! Simpel maar goed.

Really nice place. Very nice food, compliments to Teis ;). Also loved the secret cocktail bar, didnât like the first cocktail the made me but I got the next one for free.

It is a real barrestaurant with an enormous selection in 'special' beers. I really enjoyed the evening with friends while enjoying the simple but well made bar food like hamburgers and finger foods. All the while drinking a wide selection of special beers. The service was also very good with good knowledge of the different type of beers and overall just an amazing atmosphere.

Very friendly staff! Good sushi en asian specialities. You can choose different small plates with delicious tastes. 28 euro and you can order as much as you want. Desert is not included. Definitely worth a visit if you like good food and have time to spend an evening in a cosy atmosphere.

Nice bistro to have your meal at the end of the day.Had the spare ribs and the mixed grill. Was accompanied by warm vegetables, salad, sauces, french fries, ... which made both plates even better.Meat portion of the mixed grill was a little small, but taste was great! Marinade for the spare ribs was really good as well.Staff a little slow, but came by regularly to ask if everything was fine and if we needed anything.Total cost a little over 38⬠for 2 dishes and 4 drinks.
