My husband and I stopped here after a concert about 11 p.m. for a quick bite to eat we both had the chicken solvacki wrap which is delicious and filling comes with a side $9.99 but when we walked in the new remodeled side it's dark so it makes the one half of the restaurant very dark and gloomy which is part over by kitchen and coffee counter. As we sat and looked to the other side of the restaurant it was much brighter as that side is either painted or wallpapered a beige color. I hope they are putting pictures on the dark remodeled side to brighten it up, so it doesn't feel quite so dark and gloomy.Great place for food large menu so lots to choose from

My friend Paul and I hit the Apollo Restaurant for lunch last Friday. This is one of the many Greek places in the area.He had heard about their Buffalo platter which unfortunately they don't offer on Friday's. He settled for the Reuben sandwich while I had their chicken cranberry salad. Both meal portions were plentiful and tasted great though Paul thought the amount of meat in his Reuben was skimpy and admittedly I've seen bigger myself. TONS of chicken in my salad. Our server Angela was simply super. Everything you would want in a server.Very attentive and quick to anticipate your needs.

Altonâs Restaurant (Altonâs) is a fine, casual dining eatery (one of two under the Altonâs name in a family for four dining establishments) featuring a clean, warm, and friendly atmosphere. Established in 1982, the restaurant offers home-cooked meals at reasonable prices. Items on the lunch/dinner menu include souvlaki, Greek lamb chops, pasta, seafood, steaks, Buffalo chicken wings, sandwiches, gyros, and a whole lot more. I had the âopen chicken souvlakiâ dish (tender chunks of select chicken served with Greek salad and pita bread) for $11.99, and it was fantastic. Note that the dish also came with Altonâs own special dill sauce for dipping. Yummy! Service was exceptional during our visit. Look for Altonâs at 2221 Transit Road in the New York State community of Elma (in the heart of Erie County just off the 400 Expressway at Exit 78). It is open daily from 6:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night. Breakfast is served all day. Unlike at other restaurants in the area we visited during the Labour Day weekend, there was no wait for a table at Altonâs during the late-morning/early-afternoon timeframe. Parking is free.

looking forward to a good breakfast, we decided to try a long established restaurant, Pappas. I ordered a polish sausage omelet with rye toast, homefries and coffee. Mediocre coffee, dried omelet, and tough over boiled polish sausage (the casing was so tough!) was enough to make me say "I won't be back!"

This is a hometown diner. Food is good, service great. Got take out and was good. The kitchen was "scary" looking but that was okay!

This restaurant accepted our large group's reservation and looked after us well. Friendly, accommodating, attentive staff. Did not have to ask for water refill. Large variety to choose from menu - burgers, pasta, sandwiches, salads, meat entrees, also smaller portion menu. Restaurant has separate areas for large groups.Although portions tend to be on the generous side (no one will leave hungry), some of the food was disappointing. Salmon Oscar advertised crab meat however it was the fake crab meat - can't really expect the real thing when entrée is less than $20. Chicken souvlaki very salty. Sampler salad big enough for 4 to share - basically garden salad with olives and 6 pieces of fried items (2 cheese sticks, 2 spring rolls, 2 chicken fingers - get these on the side so you can have them as appetizers, they tend to be on salty side, good deal @ $11). Good French onion soup. Nice pastas and sandwiches.Would definitely come back again to try dessert (tall cakes look awesome), breakfast. Meat entrees such as Salmon Oscar and Roast Beef are most expensive entrees - might not be worthwhile as they are $16-18 range while most entrees are $10-13 range.

Olive Branch Family Restaurant is the Second Restaurant by the Aronis Family in the Buffalo Area. Since 1997 the Aronis Family has been serving homemade meal and soups as well as breakfast all day, lunch and dinners at the Olive Tree Family Restaurant in
Last week my wife decided she wasn't cooking and suggested we go back to the establishment. All I can say is WOW! The food is great and the portions are plentiful.I tried a dish whose name I can not remember, Trimo? It was a Filo dough stuffed with Ricotta and Feta cheese. It came with Greek Potatoes, a Greek Salad and a pita. It was delicious and the portion was so large I took quite a bit home. My wife had a sandwich and my daughter another large dish. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is very reasonable. It is run by the same family that own the Olive Tree Rest. on Broadway in Lancaster.
