The menu offers a wide variety of Greek food, mostly meat dishes. As a (mostly) vegetarian I ate a Greek salad and a large serving of tzatziki. The people in my group all enjoyed their food.

Seit mittlerweile 30 Jahren gibt es auf der Wickrather StraÃe den Akropolis Grill Punkt das Gyros was hier zubereitet wird ist mit Abstand das beste der Stadt. Die Qualität ist über die ganzen Jahre stets gleich geblieben. Der Imbiss wird von einer sehr freundlichen griechischen Familie geführt und mittlerweile sind die Kinder voll im Geschäft involviert. Ich freue mich jedesmal wenn ich aus dem Urlaub komme als erstes auf ein leckeres Gyros vom Akropolis Grill. Alles andere ist natürlich auch hervorragend aber wie gesagt das Gyros ist spitze.

They squeezed us in at last minute despite not having a reservation. Extensive menu but no options for vegetarians unless you eat fish. The food was excellent as was the service. Not too pricey either.

We stopped for food here having been To watch a football match! The food really was tasty and well cooked. And enough to keep any apetite satisfied.The staff were very friendly and the service was very good.The only down side to the restaurant is that the front part still allows smoking, that said we were lucky to eat in the back room so it was smoke free!Would definately eat here again.There is also plenty of room for large parties!

Nico and the family team offer a first-class welcome & wide range of good value authentic Greek cooking ... served with Greek wines and good German beer. There are plenty of private corners inside for couples and groups. 'Out back' is a semi-garden area, sheltered and cool in summer. The restaurant was a second home to many Brits stationed nearby until 2013 - and is what many of us miss most.
