Arcadia Books has just the right selection and variety for an independent small town bookstore! Excellent fiction, current nonfiction, travel, regional authors, drama, and children's sections. And, in fact, their online ordering is seamless if there is something you need but they don't have it in stock. I also enjoy some of the whimsical literary gifts they sell, as well as the delish coffees, teas, and treats. Thanks, too, to Arcadia for taking care to keep their customers and employees safe during the pandemic! Arcadia follows all Covid-19 guidelines, and they even have picnic tables outside for enjoying coffee and conversation on those sunny fall days.

Nestled in the rolling hills just north of downtown Spring Green is where Wilson Creek flows. Ashley Pfannenstiel is creating and selling her hand thrown functional stoneware in her studio and attached retail shop. Come enjoy the beauty of the valley, see the potter in action creating unique and functional pieces, and shop for your kitchen and home or gifts for your friends. Dishwasher safe and perfect for dining, baking and decorating. Open daily 10am - 6pm.

A curated collection of beautiful products. Table linens, dishes, candles and artwork for your home are beautifully displayed alongside great gift items including jewelry and books. Rounding out the mix is a collection of fine wine and spirits, as well as some specialty foods, chocolate and coffee.

We came here with a large group for breakfast. There's seating on the porch or near the counter where you place your order. You can shop while you wait for your order, they have a fairly large store with lots of interesting items. I got a piece of cinnamon toast with a scoop of cream cheese frosting on it that was really good. The others got standard breakfast fare. eggs and bacon. They have lunch too. The most fun thing was, they had music in the afternoon from 2-4. 3 men with acoustic guitars and singing. The kitchen was closed, but they sell bottled soft drinks and beer to have while enjoying the music. A regular there said she had never seen anyone dancing during the music, but our group was having fun!

We noticed this roadside building on the way into Spring Green because of the amazing amount of metal creations outside. It drew our attention enough to come back later and walk through the store. In-season crops, local honey and home-made jams and salsas abound, but my favorite was the wide selection of popcorn varieties to pick from. We purchased some of the best sweet corn there from our entire trip! There is also a petting zoo, but we steered clear of that area during COVID times.
