What a day, it was the hottest day of the year so far. I had organized my Mum's birthday lunch and afternoon tea from my laptop in England.Our little party met in the car park and we had a little toast with some elderberry sparkling wine.Our table was set up on the terrace under a big sunshade. First I thought, I want to sit inside, but it was actually better outside, with a little breeze.Our waitress was lovely and kept bringing us bottles of water. We just could not have had wine in the heat. After ordering the food, it did not take a long time till it came to the table...it was absolutely delicious !After a small break, when we had the really interesting tour of the estate, we returned to our table and just had lots of delicious ice cream, coffee and cakes...What a fab day, my Mum loved it.If you do want to eat there, please book...it sounds so cliche, but, to avoid disappointment...please book !!!

This accommodation has great atmosphere! We arrived here after a day of cycling and we treated ourselves to a nice strawberry cocktail (freshly made!) in the garden. The room was nicely done, with original wooden mill-elements visible and good internet. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The meal was good, but the restaurant was rather quiet (there was one other group). Breakfast was complete: fresh bread, various spreads, eggs and fruit. And not unimportant: good coffee!

The food was good, the service was friendly and attentive. A good evening was had by all. The restaurant had a good outlook and the menu had a good choice. Beers and wine choice good. Dog friendly.

I stayed at the hotel 4 nights. The room was lovely and clean. I had 3 breakfasts in the hotel, which were a good start for the day too. The staff was very friendly. I would choose the hotel again for a stay in Zehdenick.

Auf meiner Reise an die Ostsee machte ich im Ziegelhof Station. Zwei Berliner haben dort ihren Traum verwirklicht. Ein Restaurant,Café, Weinhandel und ein traumhafter Garten, aus dem man auch Kräuter, Blumen, Figuren usw. Kaufen kann. Es gibt 2 Apartments zum übernachten. Am Freitag und Samstag sind oft Lesungen, begleitet von einem 3 Gang Menü mit Wein. Es lohnt einen Umweg!

Die russisch deutsche Küche ist eine Entdeckung und ein Genuss, die Kuchen aufregend lecker und das Ambiente innen und aussen wundervoll, sehr schön, sich im Garten mit Milchkaffee aufzuhalten. Manchmal gibt es Pizza aus dem Ofen unterm Walnussbaum.
