We luckily found the beautiful small town of Rolle on the way to Lausanne from Geneva. It was small and quiet yet had enough charming stores to enjoy strolling. There was an outdoor market going on in the early morning when we visited. We picked up a few items in the market from a Lebanese food stall, and a great cafe called Uluwatu and ate at the park along the lake. There was an old castle in the park built in the 13th century. We drove through many towns by the lake, but Rolle seems to be a perfect Alps town with its park, old castle, and the clean lake with swans.

As we are a small team, we are not often at the brewery as we all do from brewing to delivery passing through marketing and tours! So please contact us before if you want to do a visit, a tasting or even if you wish to brew your beer together with your family, friends or colleagues as a Team Building activity. These activities are for people over-16 year-old (legal age in Switzerland for drinking beer & wine). Any time of the year you visit this place you'll be overwhelmed by the beauty of the orchids. Big selection growing in natural environment and cared about by very professional, kind and helpful personel. Difficult to leave withhout bringing a flower with you !
