The Pheasant Pub and Brewhouse reopened in May 2014 after being taken over by the Ironbridge Brewery which is now located in the beer garden and re-named the Wrekin Brewing Company. Currently food is served 11am until 4pm Monday - Saturday with no food being served on a Sunday.
what a great pub. Regularly visit here and no matter what time or what day you go it always has a fantastic atmosphere. A variety of ages, no TV's no load music just good drink and good company. Everyone is friendly. difficult to get a seat sometimes but people come and go all the time and most people offer to share tables. They do a great pork pie and a great meat and cheese platter. Staff always friendly and there selection of real ales and Gins are amazing. no other pub in Shropshire compares. although you don't see many kids they are very welcome and are often bought by grandparents

This is a lovely place to spend a relaxing afternoon, tasting wine with beautiful views. Charlie is very knowledgeable and talks passionately about the various grape varieties. Lunch was set outside and socially distanced. Gluten free wasn’t a problem and accommodated without a fuss. You can safely leave your car and return the following day to collect. Wines? The red wine Rondo is delicious, so light and fruity, this will become a regular addition to our wine rack. They are happy to refill on the tasting and make you feel so welcome.

As members of ‘Britstops’ we often stay here in our motorhome. The farm shop is full of lovely produce set in a peaceful rural location. Lots to do for adults and children too including a cafe, playbarn, nature trail, donkey rides and much more. By far the best feature however is the welcoming and helpful management who go out of their way to make you feel wanted. It’s worth a year’s subscription to ‘Britstops’ just to relax overnight in such a welcoming and peaceful place. Well done!
