The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

At Cookery School we focus on demystifying cooking, removing jargon and bringing back good home cooking skills at our school in Central London. At Cookery School the atmosphere is fun and informal. We provide the skills necessary to become a confident and independent cook and all our classes have a very high proportion of hands on practice. We use only high quality, sustainable and primarily organic ingredients and are proud to be the only London cookery school awarded the maximum 3 Stars for sustainability from the Sustainable Restaurant Association. With day and evening classes and courses, corporate events and private kitchen hire, there is something for everyone. Winner of "The Best City Cookery School 2013" and runners -up for "Most Sustainable Cookery School 2014" in the UK Cookery School Awards.

I'm not sure I've ever seen such a big selection of spirits in one place before. The display is dazzling. The ground floor covers gins, vodkas, rums, cognac, etc, while the basement space is entirely devoted to whisky. A lot of the bottles on offer are unusual and very expensive because of it, either because they are from small producers, or are either vintage or premium quality. There are some large glass stills in the basement, from which you can refill your own container. They have a display of Armagnacs going back right to the beginning of the 20th century. There are plenty of expert staff on hand. It's the perfect place to find a special gift or for spirit lovers to browse and indulge their interest.
