Our tour group stopped here for a stretch and bathroom break. Overall, the location was comfortable and offered nice snacks, beverages, and souvenirs. My husband got an Americano coffee for 199 rupees, which he enjoyed. We both visited the rest rooms, which were clean and roomy, although I would have preferred toilets with seats instead of the squat type. The photo is of a man and boy who played and danced near the entrance to the rest stop. They were very entertaining and were happy to have photos taken with them. Many of the people in our group left them a tip, even though we didn't feel like it was expected.

"Chaayos is a chai-cafe chain offering different varieties of Chai customizable in over 12,000 ways. Each Chai is handcrafted and made upon order. The variety of teas which Chaayos offers ranges from Indian Chais like Kulhad Chai and Kashmiri Kahwa to Spe
Chaayos has recently opened an outlet at the DLF Promenade Mallâitâs on the 2nd floor, on the wing branching off towards Marks & Spencerâs. Decorated in dark green and white, with a cute white bicycle helping to form a partition between the café and the corridor (thereâs no wall separating the two), this is basically a tea place, offering literally thousands of variations of chai. There is filter coffee, some milkshakes and lemonades, but the emphasis is on Indian-style teas of different kinds. For food, there are various sandwiches, kulchas, pakoras, poha, bun sandwiches, parathas, cakes, jalebi and other savoury and sweet things traditionally popular with tea. I was here alone around lunchtime, and since it was hot, ordered a peach iced tea, along with a chicken keema cutlet. It cost me a total of Rs 335.The iced tea was excellent, the chicken cutlets (five of them, served with a spicy mayonnaise on the side) just too spicy for my liking. If theyâd been served with something to counter the spiceâlike a bread of some sortâtheyâd have been fine. As it was, it was only with frequent sips of my iced tea that I was able to finish my cutlets.

I had gone there with a group of friends and we ordered a whole lot of items including beverages, Veg and Non veg starters, Indian and Chinese Main course and Desserts. Food was just Yummmm and the Service was very prompt. Towards the end I was a little concerned what the final bill might be since we had ordered so much. I was very pleasantly surprised on seeing the bill. With so many items it was working out to slightly less that 400 bucks per person. This was much less than my expectation. I'll be coming again for sure... Thanks to the Metro Dhaba Team for making my evening memorable....

Haldirams has been consistent throughout inspite of all the competition.I am a big fan of their discounted breakfast menu served from 8:30 am to 11:30 am that gives you mini portions of their popular things at mini prices.Even without this promo, their regular snacks are fresh and tasty. Go here regularly for the traditional Indian sweets.
