We live in an area where there have been no Jimmy Johnâs, had heard of the! Met the founder and his wife, Motor homing and were excited when we saw a Jimmy Johns being built. At last we were going to be able to have a Gourmet â Subway.âNever cared for subways, too much bread!!!We arrive after it opened. Excited!I ordered the small roast beef on their pretty French bread. My husband ordered a BLT.Our orders were called. He picked them up and came to table. Southern people like salt and pepper on their tomatoes.Couldnât find any anywhere. Walked up to where we paid and asked: I was given 2 salts and 2 small pepper packets, took back to table, one pepper empty.Tich of salt in each.Husband goes and asks for salt and pepper. He is given 2 small packs of salt and 2 of pepper. He then starts looking for plastic knives in order to cut our long sandwiches in half.Knives are not provided. We were told to bring them to the pick up area and a lady with a long butcher knife cut them in half for us...Finally we start to eat. The bread is fresh but SO tough my husband could barely eat it. I was struggling, too.I could eat about half of my bottom piece. He ended up taking his blt off the bread,Went to get a fork to eat it that way!Yep, you are right! No forks! We obviously are flabbergasted that our gourmet meal is no where near any expectations we had.And to that I had the thinnest cut roast beef I have ever seen, 3 small mealy tomatoes and very little shredded lettuce. My suggestion! Eat elsewhere. If you do go, remember to take your own salt and pepper and a plastic knife if you want to cut you long sandwich. And if the bread is tough, may as well take a fork so you donât need to eat with your hands.Frugal is not strong enough for what Jimmy Johns does not provide

My sub only had a small portion of meat and a "dab" of mustard.. wasted 'a lot' of bread. I only had to use a third of bread to make a sammich. This has never happened before! In past years I provided game day food for my son. He LUVS Firehouse!

I've seen these places in my travels, just not ever tried one. Well we will be eating in them again. Their "Butter Burgers" were amazingly delicious. And then there is the frozen custard. It reminded me of the custard that we used to get back in the '60s. Smooth and creamy, but less ice than ice cream.

Been here last year and was very pleased but what a change....thinking maybe a change in management. Buffet was not maintained and messy and felt the place was dirty overall. Pizzaâs were not marked. Cinnamon rolls were still very good. Thinking it was the manager that was working very hard to maintain all areas of restaurant. Will not return...too many other places to try.

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers could
My wife and I LOVE coming here for a GREAT burger as always. Not sure whatâs happened recently, but our last 2 visits (drive thruâs) have been a disaster!! I really hate giving them a bad review because their food is always EXCELLENT, but something needs to be done. Both of our last 2 visits, we were no more than 3 cars deep and were in line well over 20 mins each time. The car in front of us on our last visit, got their drinks...waited on their food...and was told they gave it to someone else...so they drove off! The server at the window told us that happened. Drive thru is horrid, but FOOD IS DELICIOUS.
