We are a family-owned orchard and ciderhouse. We grow organic cider apples and strive to produce award-winning cider. We are a small farm with a big heart and want to deliver an exceptional experience. We invite you to raise a glass of Sea Cider, and see why other apples envy ours!
Stumbled upon this gen and enjoyed a flight of ciders and a platter of cheeses and meats and crackers - with a sunny view of the ocean from their lovely tasting room it was a midwinter delight.

Tugwell Creek Honey Farm and Meadery was liscenced in 2003 as the first Meadery in Western Canada. At our oceanside honeyfarm we hand craft the highest quality Meads (Honey Wines) from local honey. Meadmaker Bob Liptrot has kept bees since the age of 6 and has been making mead for over 35 years. Come taste our award winning meads and honey. In 2014 we became the new Economusee on Vancouver Island. Tugwell now boasts a museum quality exhibit, interactive displays, and a self guided audio tour. Since i am a rabid animal advocate I don't go to zoo type places but this was highly recommended by people I trust and I love llamas and have never met a miniature before. The place is so lovely and the animals are obviously well taken care of - the owner, Lavina, only does one tour a day as to not stress the animals. Lavina is obviously devoted to her minis and is knowledgeable and you will feel like you know tons more than you did when you arrived! There were 3 babies, one was only 2 weeks old and adorable. She is careful to only allow you to go near the ones who like contact, I even go to brush one who then followed us around wanting more. As we wandered around I was taken with the grounds, so lovely! And obviously the llama poo makes an excellent fertiliser - her roses were amazing! BTW they do sell the stuff. They also sell yarn made from her llama's hair as well as dryer balls. It was a wonderful experience and I think most people would enjoy it, especially kids.
At Country Bee Honey Farm we pride ourselves on our amazing honey, delicious infusions, farm raised livestock, and unique gift ideas. Feed our farm animals, enjoy a honey treat from our café at one of the picnic tables, or check out the live beehive and observe the bees creating honey right in front of you. There is always something exciting to see at Country Bee Honey Farm!
