We spent an enjoyable afternoon at White Oak Lavender Farm playing chess, walking around the petting zoo and admiring the view. The ladies in the gift shop were sweet and informative.

This is our go to when we want to pick our own fruit. Today we picked cherries. After picking cherries (over 6 pounds) we ate in the store/ covered porch area. We purchased chicken tamales, a Mexican lunch special (tortillas, shredded chicken, refried beans and rice), and cherry yogurt. Everything was made to order and delicious. We also enjoy going in the Fall, to pick Honey Crisp apples. They have a Peach Festival that is great, too. Owners and Staff are always helpful.

We are a beef cattle farm that enjoys sharing the farm way of life with others. Our agri-tourism activities include a corn maze in the fall, greenhouses and fairy gardens in the spring, butterflies, 60 ft. underground slides, cow trains, historic carousel, country store and much, much more! We can keep kids of all ages busy for a full afternoon. Looking for a different meeting place? Consider our country tea parties held throughout the year. We do birthday parties, take rides to the pumpkin patch in season, offer field trips to schools and offer special activities for seniors as well. Most of our activities are handicap accessible.
I am a 30s something male, and this place was such a fun time! You can watch the pig races, go pick a pumpkin, or even go through the corn maze (which we got stuck in, it was hilarious). Definitely dollar for dollar the best spot to go.
