Founded in 1992, Crescendo opens its first restaurant in Arcachon, Gironde. The concept is still in its infancy: located in a shopping center with an original design, it is a revamped restaurant in the US. Gone are the long rail, the "free flow" that inst
Our family ate here on a Sunday evening, our last before we went back to England and the food was not great, I had a medium sirloin steak and it was virtually still raw, the chips were dried up and hard and it reminded me if my days in college in the refectory with its self service buffet style. Won't be going again not recommending it to anyone. Hello Steve,Thank you for your comment, it allows us to improve our service. We are sorry that you did not appreciate our restaurant. It is unfortunate that you did not ask our employee to extend the cooking meat.We hope to see you soon in one of our 66 restaurants,Emilie Customer Relationship

A challenge to find a varied menu for non meat eaters A good menu, good service and good value in 'real' Pampiers. Only 2 minutes off the main square.

We were traveling through Pamiers and found this restaurant which seemed popular with the locals. I ordered menu de jour and my partner ravioli on the a la carte menu. My herring salad was great and the pork chops when they arrived were excellent. We arrived at 12pm and finaly got our main courses at 1.15pm. My partners ravioli had been left to stand over a long period as the young waiter had completely forgot we were there this was after he had forgotten my wine I had ordered. I spoke to the owner who apologised. for the delay but too late the damage had been done. The desert panna cotta was delicous. I might add that the other staff were efficent.and curtious. We would visit this restaurant again for the food but not with the same waiter!

We went to this restaurant by recomendation of a local from Pamier. We had a great 3 course lunch here for around 14.50 Euros per head. My starter was a firm favourite of grilled goat´s cheese salad, followed by a crêpe with sour cream and smoked salmon, and a ´night and day´ dark and light chocolate fondant with custard to finish. The owner/waitress was very friendly and helpfull and we enjoyed our meal very much. You must stop by for lunch next time you are passing through Pamier.

Been going here for many years and while other pizzerias seem to vary in style and quality, Don Camillo always delivers . Good pizzas . once had small problem with the wine but only due to new staff learning the ropes but sorted immediately.Attentive service and a hands on front of house maitre D ,It will be going for a long time to come.

This restaurant is in a pretty situation along side the river which runs through Pamiers. It's close to the attractive walled park and tourist office. Ducks and ducklings swim by as you eat out on the terrace.... In light of its location and what the decor of the place promises, it was a real shame to be disappointed by the food and the service. The food was very typically French and yet entirely bland. The starters looked pretty but offered nothing of interest to the palate; the main course of fish 'casoullette' really just tasted greasy and then, once the spoonful of off-white puree disolved into it, over-poweringly of raw garlic. The service was very present and available but brusque and surly, in spite of the handful of diners. Overall it was an experience we could not wait to get away from. It's a shame, as it was somewhere we really wanted to like and it deserves to do well if they could just liven up the flavours and add a little charm to their service.
