I have used this restaurant several times and always found it to be clean, friendly and good value. The food is stock Denny's fare, reasonably priced. The choice is good, I especially enjoy the breakfast options. Well worth a visit for Breakfast or Dinner if you are in the area and want good food, whilst avoiding some of the much higher proces of neighbouring establishments.

Unfortunately the reason I havenât given 5 bubbles is down to the service received on this occasion.The restaurant was super busy and I believe the service suffered as a result. We had to wait for coffee refills and the server was just plain flustered.The food on the other hand was great and we were not put off as Iâm sure it was just a very busy time. Our order was correct and didnât take too long to come from the kitchen.

Decent breakfast, fast and at a unbeatable price for the quantity. I would recommend the hash browns with some toppings. My wife and I ordered the triple (around $3.50) with a few toppings and it was enough for 4 people. The waffle was cooked well and was delicious as always.

Was taking the scenic route home (to do some exploring and take pics) from Orlando back to Miami and needed to "fuel up" ! Passed this place and made a u-turn to go back. Glad I did !!! Friendly people and great food at a good price. So many choices.... Had Linda's Hash Browns with an egg over easy, sorry Waffle House, you lose !!! Big chunks of ham and sauteed onions. Good coffee too.

The waitress was very nice! My review has nothing to do with the service, which was great! I ordered chicken and waffles, the chicken was okay but the Belgian waffle was soggy and tasted microwaved/undercooked. Maybe ordering simply pancakes would have been the way to go. Went late night - about 9:45PM.

Never visited a IHOP but very please we visited during our holiday.It was very busy at lunch time which showed it is popular. Only waited 15 mins to be seated and Qwinn our waitress was very pleasent and helpful. Food was lovely and the price very good. And we will be coming back to a IHOP again in the future

We passed by this place a few times and if not my friend I would never ever stop there cuz it just doesnât look like a great food spot. But let me tell you, how wrong I was! It is an amazing hole in the wall, that has such a nice home like atmosphere and food like your grandma just made it. Love it- thatâs all I can say! If you in the area, definitely go for it. Highly recommended. Always fresh and tasty food, no matter what you choose.
