Savour the best interpretation of modern, creative cuisine with a full bar, wine cellar & an artistic atmosphere by the late Made Wijaya.
WoW. Decided to have a âprogressive degustationâ of our own tonight along Monkey Forest Rd and stopped in here for dessert (the divinest of) creme brûlée. What happened first though was a parade of the most delicious âtasterâ snacks. The brûlée was complemented beautifully with a tiny little citrus aperitif and then tea and then cold fragrant face towels!A âblow awayâ end to a lovely evening. Indoâ fusion dining brought to another level. Guess where weâre eating for the full experience tomorrow night...Dear missypandkiko, Thank you for taking the time in writing this review on TripAdvisor and your kind words. We are humbled to learn that you had a pleasant dining experience here with us at Lamak Restaurant & Bar. We do hope to welcome you back and dine with us again sometime in the near future. Lumbung, home cooking that defines what comfort food really is. An authentic Indonesian culinary heritage using Indonesiaâs indigenous cooking Techniques and ingredients.
The restaurant offered us a shuttle service from Ubud Town Centre. Word of warning - the cars are âVisesaâ resort cars and donât have Lumbung written on them. We were collected from Ubud Palace. Beautiful entrance, stairs lead down passed the side of a waterfall. The restaurant was comfortable, luxurious (though the sofa seating is a little soft).Amazing decor - very minimalistic and modern. Food - delicious! Fast and great service. Soft shell crab was awesome.Dear Khilari,Warmest greeting from Lumbung Restaurant!Thank you very much for sharing a pleasant experience and memories here in TripAdvisor. We are grateful to know that you enjoyed your time with us and giving such valuable information about us.Your positive feedback has tremendously motivated us to keep delivering seamless service and product to our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near futureBest Regards,Rai Arsana

This has to be one of Baliâs finest restaurants! We did the wine tasting and then ate dinner, the music was spot on and the food was fabulous. This is also one of the best settings in Ubud. Make sure this is a must do

A 100% percent non contaminated Gluten Free Restaurant in the heart of Ubud, Bali. We serve healthy delicious food that is safe for coeliac people but also could be enjoy by everyone! We also provide vegetarian and vegan option, and can make any meals acc
We went to this restaurant as our son has coeliac disease and we thought it would be great to go somewhere where he could pick absolutely anything he wanted from the menu. As adults, the menu was lovely and we really enjoyed our meal here, however it isn't child friendly at all. My son just wants to be normal and have pizza or whatever like his friends. I feel this restaurant is more for people who are gluten free for lifestyle choices and want to be healthy, rather than for people, especially children, who have medical conditions and just want to eat the same food as everyone else. The restaurant itself is nice and a lovely relaxed setting.Just wish it had been more child friendly.Hello there!Thank you for choosing our restaurant and also for the feedback, appreciate it! We are glad that you enjoy our restaurant, and apologise if your child can not enjoy it as much as you do.It is indeed true that we do not have pizza at the moment, but we are working to make our menu be better and more enjoyable for everyone. We will take your suggestions into considerations, in fact, we are actually experimenting for the perfect gluten free pizza base, hopefully it will come out soon.In the mean time, if you ever be in our restaurant again, do let us know what other dish your son want, and we will try our best to accommodate it. Again thank you for the feedback and We hope to see you again soon!Have a lovely day!Cheers,Gluten Free Kitchen Team.

We had a lovely dinner on a Saturday night. Presentation of dishes was excellent, and the staff was explaining each dish as well as proper order to test them. Some of the flavors blend and textures were very unique. I took vegetarian options and definitely it was a great choice, as interesting as the non vegetarian option. I loved the insipiration on Indonesian roots, offering their own original interpretation of them. It is the perfect venue for a romantic dinner, with cozy atmosphere and warm ambience. They have a wide selection of wines and cocktails. We even got a cocktail made just there in front of our table. The staff was super professional and attentive. It is center located next door to Blanco Museum, but it is missing some proper sign at the main road so you have to pay attention not to miss the entrance. Dear vbarcala,We are incredibly grateful that you took the time to leave us such a positive review. We always put our customer satisfaction as top priority and we are so glad to know that we hit the mark. Our team would be pleased to learn of your high praise. It would be a great encouragement to keep doing what they are doing. We will strive to deliver the experiences consistently. We look forward to welcoming you back again and again in the near future.Best regards,Ahimsa GhibranPS: We surely would work on a proper sign so it would be easier to notice by our valued customer.

A Relaxed Quiet Haven located behind the New Taco Casa in the South S-Bend of Beautiful Ubud serving Flavor Driven Dishes such as Shoarma, Tuna Tartare, Tika Masala...
Came here after TripAdvisor reviews and ratings are rightly justified. Ambience was really nice and chilled out. Menu was very elaborate ranging from local Indonesian food to the Western continental food to Indian curries. We tried their chicken curry which was really tasty and full of flavours. pricing seems to be on a slightly higher side as compared to other restaurants in Ubud, but I would say it still worth it. I would recommend this place for dinner
