Reviewed By LAtraveler007_11We stayed here 5 nights, and were very impressed with how clean and modern the rooms were. Staff was quite friendly, and the rates were a bargain for such a modern and clean hotel! Very up to date air conditioning that made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

Reviewed By rjdegenThe hotel has three types of rooms. The best are the rooms facing the river, the second option are the rooms facing the street, and the third option are internal windowless rooms. The rooms facing the river make this hotel the best hotel in Barcelos. The rooms facing the street are nice, but the windowless rooms are claustrophobic. The hotel serves a good breakfast included in the price of the rooms. The staff in very friendly but extremely disorganized. The hotel has only on cellphone for guest to make reservations. After we made our reservation, I wanted to change our departure date. For a whole week I could not communicate with the hotel. Later, I was told that the phone had been stolen. The restaurant did not operate properly. When we wanted to eat lunch they told us that the run out of supplies and took us with the hotel van to another restaurant. If you need something you have to look around the whole hotel because the frond desk in the first floor is always abandoned. When you are lucky and find somebody they are very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Ricardo PAs pessoas são bem simpaticas e atenciosas mas não foi suficiente para me deixar a vontade. É um ap comum com microondas e pia. Falta estrutura e lilização ruim. Não me senti seguro e não tem nada pir perto. Ia ficar 15 dias mas saí no segundo. Só de simpatia não da pra ficar.
