In searching for a Chinese restaurant in the area, this did not make my top list. Some of the well known dishes such as "Chicken and Broccoli", was not as good. They do have Mumbo Sauce which is always a plus, but there are many other chinese carryouts int he area to try.
The wife gets home from work and is in the mood for Chinese food so we head to Jerry yums and order us our dinner, the fried rice and egg rolls delicious, no matter what we order is always delicious.
Been searching for a good carryout in the area for the past year. This is by far the best one around. Great Chinese food, and better than anything else in the area. If you're looking for something, try this first so you do not waste your time on the others.
It had been a long time (years) since we got takeout from here. On a trip from a visit , we stopped here simply because we were passing close -by and were tight on time. We called in a takeout order of soup (wife was sick) and chicken w/ vegetables. Got home and had dinner. The food was great! Very good wonton soup - lots or dumplings! The chicken and veggies was also very good - lots of white-meat chicken in a great sauce w/ good Chinese veggies. Inexpensive and quick! We'll go back for takeout again soon!
As a regular customer for years I was disappointed that the owner Judy no longer owned the restaurant. It was a great place to have a genuine Chinese meal, sit, relax, and chat with Judy. I watched her kids grow up and graduate from college. Then 2008 hit and business slowed down and after holding out for 7 years she had to transfer the business. She had the best Chinese around even though she was a small business. Now under new management I gave it 2 tries but won't go for three, sorry. Food was not tasty. I bought for a family of 3 to share. Lot's of food, just didn't taste good. I worked next to Chinatown in Washington for many year and almost ate there daily. Maybe I'm just spoiled but? Not trying to be negative but I respect good food and this was a grade below average. Go to St. Charles mall and any one of the 4 Asian eateries beats it. Sorry again but better food and taste will get you a better score. Note, NO resturant, now just a carry out.

Just rich and delicious, overflowing the plate as well! Service is great and quick, with a nice atmosphere for for your significant other or groups! They have plenty of Appetizers and Main dishes to choose from!
