Things to do in Olongapo
We are a group of 8. We had the fried chicken, pancit canton, sweet and sour pork. We paid 800 pesos plus. It took them 20 minutes to serve our order. Usually in other branches they are faster. Their food is average but I like it because they are affordable and accessible.
We went last week with my family. The food was ok, nothing extraordinary, but the ambiance was great. The service was fast, you don't need to wait long for the 7 dishes that we ordered and for additional orders as well. The sago't gulaman that we ordered was way too sweet.

First of all, there are many chowkings here so I am not sur which one TA is talking about. But anyway, in my opinion, the one inside SBMA is the best - cos it is so large and the service is quick. The one at Victory liner is second best since it is much smaller - 1st ad 2d floor. The service in both is quick, and menu is usual chowking fare. chorrizzo rice is good.
actually i was surprised of how it'd taste, its like a tinola (Filipino dish) but it's just perfect !!please visit them here in Olongapo City !!!

Dock of the Bay Restaurant on the water front, nostalgic and sophisticated venue has a contemporary ambiance and serves International Ala-cart. Completely outdoor seating restaurant, and should be taken advantage of the Seafront Bar and Grill overlooking
Recent renovation to this place haven't improved it. While the staff are ok the menu which looks appetising constantly fails to meet expectations. The manager is Sri Lankan so thought I would one of the curries. What came out was cold, tasteless and watery. It was a case of eat up and get out. Another strange thing is what I assume to be the American owners seem intent on conducting their business in the middle of the eating area quite loudly when they obviously have an office just round the corner. Not sure why they do this but it happens everytime we've been. The band playing on the night we went where possibly one of the worst I've heard anywhereOnly positives I can say are the views are very nice, they've put a lot of work into the hotel side of it and the staff seem nice, just eat elsewhere

I've been to lots of Chinese restos and I can firmly state that their food is bland. Sweet and sour lapu lapu is covered with breading that I cant taste the fish itself; plus the sauce tastes like the sauce you can buy in the grocery. Lemon chicken, which is one of their best sellers according to the waiter, was dry and the sauce also tastes like the one you can buy from the grocery. Salted shrimp was also dry and does not look fresh. If you like dry and bland food, dine here.
