I frequently order from this place for take-out..love their food and prices..been there a few times for all you can eat..just once the food was kind of dried out and some bins empty..had to find someone to bring more out but overall..it was good!

Ordered delivery at 5:30 and was told 30 minutes. At 6:30 nothing. Phoned, owner said another 25 minutes. At 7:00 nothing. Phoned, owner told me they were waiting for driver. At 7:30 nothing phoned to cancel order after 2 hrs and the owner hung up. Nasty place stay away.

Had the displeasure of visiting this new Chinese Buffet before Christmas while my wife was out of town. Arrived around 7pm and all the food appeared overcooked and somewhat inedible. The heating elements/warming trays seemed to be too hot ruining the food before it could be consumed. They did bring replacement food out occasionally but it appeared questionable as well. The restaurant was fairly busy and everyone kept going back up for more helpings irregardless. In my own defense people were leaving a lot of uneaten food on their plates as the server cleared them away in a timely manner. Service great...food quality questionable...you be the judge...

This is the third time my daughter and I have had lunch here and we visit this place for special times when we want to truly enjoy a delicious meal! They have yet to disappoint! Have always had good service and don't understand the negative reviews about service. It's amazing what a heartfelt please and thank you can get when dealing with a harried server. Will keep coming back!

We decided to give the new guys a try. When I called in the order I was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery. We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived in less than 20 minutes. The dinner for 4 was more than enough to feed us! It arrived hot and tasted fresh. Not great, not bad decent food at a decent price. No dishes jumped out as a must have. Hot and fresh but middle of the road food.

Had a desire to Chinese food tonight. We were told that there weren't any good Chinese food restaurants in Lindsay and we moved here 4 years ago. Read reviews and Derry had a 4 star rating. Reviewers absolutely have never eaten good Canadian Chinese food before, let alone Chinese food. The spring rolls were the worst, mush cabbage in the filling? The so called deluxe Cantonese noodles were soggy. Half of the lemon chicken was re-fired from another order. I think the dish should be renamed broccoli with a few pieces of beef, broccoli was soft. I moved to a retirement town but not ready to eat mush baby food yet, as I still own my teeth. The special fried rice had no flavour and bits of shrimp were hard. Couldn't tell if they were breaded shrimp. The best part of the dinner were the fresh crispy fortune cookies. I never right reviews. I know you can't compare small town restaurants to restaurants in Toronto but who wants to waste good money on bad food. Also we picked it up.

This cute little restaurant was so fast and fresh! they have so many dishes to choose from and from what I have tried they all taste great! It really seems to be home made and there are healthy options to choose from which is awesome. They are also super friendly! it's my go-to stop in Lindsay :)
