W are staying at the ANA Crown Plaza Kobe that is connected by a concourse to the JR train station where Sannomiya ikkanrou is located. The expert dumpling makers and friendly cashier were so polite to permit me to photograph the process of dumpling making. Of course, I purchased a hot one and it was delicious!

Back for lunch today after more than 20 years and the food and service is still first class. The classic dishes may be a bit more costly than 20 years ago but the quality remains in top. I will go back to this wonderful gem again on every future visit to Kobe.

Bekkan Botanen is one of long established restaurant in Kobe. The restaurant is located just in fromt of the Motomachi station. In Motomachi there is Chinese Town and a lot of chinese restaurants, but I am prefer to eat here. My recomendation is corn-egg soup! It should be tried! There is also possible to have a big room.

This is one my my favorite places to eat Gyoza. They serve a big variety of delicious food and the prices are extremely affordable. A highly recommended place in Sannomiya.
