Phetchaburi (Thai: เพชรบุรี, pronounced [pʰét.t͡ɕʰā.bū.rīː]) or Phet Buri (pronounced [pʰét bū.rīː]) is a town (thesaban mueang) in southern Thailand, capital of Phetchaburi Province. In Thai, Phetchaburi means "city of diamonds" (buri meaning "city" in sanskrit). It is approximately 160 km south of Bangkok, at the northern end of the Thai peninsula. As of 2005, the town had a population of 26,181 and covers the two tambon Tha Rap and Khlong Krachaeng.

Eclectic decor with splashes of FB savvy & homespun bricbrac reminiscent of a country kitchen right down to the pig statues to greet you as you step into a cooling (literally) world of modernity in rustic Phetchaburi. Wifi is available and the staff friendly if not a bit apprehensive to wait on non-Thai speaking guests. Patience and kindness will go a long way in getting what you want. Varied menu with pastas salads, the basic coffee drink range, teas and fairly decent desserts.

De hadde god milkshake, god orange juice og espresso. De har også kaker ,men de så bedre ut enn det de smakte. Hvete bollene er veldig gode, de tar også Visa kort. Toalettene var rene og pene.

We tried this place after reading the reviews (& helpful directions given by 1 reviewer) & we weren't disappointed. We were melting with the heat & opted for smoothies (mango & blueberry respective with added yogurt). In addition to being very cooling they were delicious. We had 2 pork dishes with rice (one with ginger & the other with smoked tofu) & these were really tasty. Service was friendly & efficient & the ambience was calm & relaxing.
